BEWARE of this company's billing and accounting practices!! Credits do not show up on bills, records of what was submitted to insurance do not match the insurance statements. They have pulled this on us repeatedly and from now on we will use ANY other service. If there was a minus one star - that's what we would give.

Supercare is a very difficult company to communicate with. They have multiple layers of employees that can only do one job (maybe). The compliance police can’t help with supplies (they’re just there to ensure insurance payments keep coming in), the sleep coach can’t help with supplies (not sure what they actually do), and the people that can help with supplies are hard to get through to and then everything is an insurance and prescription hassle. They seem to make an assumption that all of their customers are on Medicare/Medicaid and apply rules to how your health should be managed based on insurance instead of patient needs.

Having received the same kind of service on the east coast from Johns Hopkins Pharmaquip, I know how this place SHOULD be run. This is the least helpful, most bureaucratic company I have ever dealt with. The guy on the phone told me I will have to call yet again for the order after the dr corrects the Rx. Imagine if the drug store did that. The doctor prescribes; they should fill the damned script without endless calls and layers of personnel who appear to do nothing useful. Absolutely useless people. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Gave me a 4 hour window when they would be at my home. At the end of the window I called customer service and they put me on hold for 20 mins and I finally hung up. Called again and got a person who said someone would be there shortly. No one ever showed up or called. Wasted my whole day waiting for them.
