The food was delicious. The ribs were tender. The fish and chicken cooked perfectly. Mac was on point. I have to say the greens melt in your mouth but extremely salty.

This place is delicious. If you are in the area its a must. Super friendly people. The queen burger is fantastic. We're looking forward to trying the pulled pork next time.

So delicious... I love the Pulled pork grilled cheese, yet can't order the same thing twice!

I have been coming to Hamhocks for a little over 3 years. Their food super good and filling. The customer service is top notch and makes me keep coming back. Everything I have had at Hamhock Jones is delicious!

Finally got to taste hammock Jones delicious food and enjoy the live music to bad I couldn't stay long, but I will definitely be back

Great food! It's a bit hard to see unless you know that it's there, which is why i gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere. I never heard of it till my boyfriend saw it on YouTube, he's watched the ads for it on purpose, I mean he's actually searched for the ads to watch them all, lol
I recommend the pulled pork, it's AMAZING! Can't personally recommend anything else because that ask I keep getting because it's so dang delicious. I should have taken a photo to share, next time, if I remember.

Amazing food, southern classics esp for a food truck establishment!!! Tastes just like fried catfish from the south!! Huge huge HUGE quantity ESPECIALLY for the price and quality!! Was bowled over at the huge pieces of fried catfish (2) pieces, amazingly large anount of fries (fresh cut fries) and a drink, all for $8.95!!! Tartar sauce homemade also!! Def, def, DEFINITELY stop and give it a try. Make sure you have ample time. They are ALWAYS BUSY and make food fresh to order!!!

We ordered to soul shack melody’s... comes with ribs, catfish, chicken wings and two sides,we had baked Mac n cheese and baked beans. It was so good!!! It’s a lot of food!!! 2 of them fed family of 4. Also the people that work there are so kind and sweet. We will definitely be back!!!!

Tried the fish and rib platter today found it to be AMAZING.. ribs fall off the bones fish was Great too. Side of collard greens and mac and cheese both were delicious as well totally worth the little wait in line.

First time there (after seeing on King5 Evening show). lol. I got the Soul Platter ($17 gets you 3 ribs, 2 fish, 4 wings, slice bread, two sides and drink). I love to eat and I was super stuffed - no joke. This was so good, I am hooked. Its a mobile trailer, so look for it in the gravel lot next to the Shell station (on Steilacoom blvd and Bridgeport way). Best of all the price includes sales tax. If you used a credit card, it is .50 cent service extra. So I paid $17.50 total plus tip of course. The staff is so nice. Amazing value and great food.

The food is VERY good. Best food I've had in a long time. the service could be better. The good food offset the poor service. I must say it was only one of the people working there that was very rude a few times in only 2min of interaction. The other person were nice. U should go there

We had the catfish, burger, and cheese steak meals. All so darn good, but I want to just thank them for making hand-cut french fries too!!! It makes a world of difference over frozen bagged fries. It upgrades your meals even more! Thanks.

I've seen their ads on Facebook for about a year. I recently got hired just down the street so I had to go get some ribs and I was not disappointed. The people are friendly and the ribs and bbq beans are amazing. For ten bucks you can get three baby back ribs, two sides and a drink. No fast food joint can beat that.

Love the music love the reviews of the food. Love the man’s attitude of life. If I ever able to get backed up by Fort Lewis - Definitely going there. May you be continue receiving the blessings you are blessed with.

Had to go back for another visit when I drove through Lakewood again. I'm so glad I did! Last visit, I had the best burger I've ever paid for, so this time I decided to go for the BBQ Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Combo. The barbeque sauce was rich and sweet and the pulled pork was cooked to perfection. The cheddar cheese makes a good upgrade over the standard American cheese for $1. The bread was grilled perfectly. I went for the fries as my side again, and though I would have preferred more fries, those home-style fries were delicious, hot and salty. Mmmmm! Nom nom nom!

My family and I came here for my birthday. Although I was disappointed the Governor shut down the entertainment, I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the most out of this burger titled, Queen Labeefa! It was outstanding! The staff were super friendly and energized. We took our delicious meals up the road to Ft Stilicoom Park. I’ll go back for sure.

This is a real home style cooking reminds me of my mommy’s sharing love & blessing others with good southern food. Then there’s the love he gives awesome place. I will return & recommend others give HamHock Jones a try you won’t regret it! Prices are very affordable

Had the fish and shrimp with extra fries! Tartar sauce with fish was delicious, cocktail sauce with the shrimp was good and even the fries had they own lil taste of goodness going on! I'd go back anything in the area!

Tastes as amazing as it smells! I saw the segment on komo news and decided try here for my husband's birthday dinner. I'm so glad I did. We'll definitely be back!
