All Purpose Plumbing

All Purpose Plumbing is great. I live in a 1907 Craftsman and one of the lines out of my house would back-up. So when I ran the dishwasher or a "little" too much water in the kitchen sink it would back-up into the downstairs shower. Also my disposal no longer worked. I called a friend who has also has an older home and she recommended All Purpose Plumbing, a company she has used for years. When I called All Purpose Plumbing they were able to get me on their calendar within a few days. When the arrived at my house, they were on time and very professional. They fixed my drain and installed a new disposal. They were very respectful of my property, efficient, skilled, and their price was very fair. I will use All Purpose Plumbing in the future.

Had All Purpose Plumbing come out to give me an estimate on replacing an outdoor faucet. The team of plumbers were great, checked on the issue and were able to conduct a quick repair with no charge. They were so friendly and helpful. They earned my future business. They even provided some great information on my water heater.

Daniel Kelley was great! Although our issue was not a big one, he did a great job. Made a quick diagnosis of the problem and did the repair in no time. Great service and pricing. Definately will reccommend and use All Purpose again for future needs. Thanks Friends!

Recently had to shut off my water line due to my front yard pooling water. Discovered with the help of all purpose plumbing that my sprinkler systems main valve connecting to the mainline had busted and couldn't be shut off! Brian was fantastic to work with and thoroughly explained what and why we were needing to do what we were doing and honest about pricing. We went through a few scenarios and ended up doing what was best for my circumstance and were willing to work with my insurance company to conclude if this fell under my coverage policy. All concrete that was turn up for the repair was replaced as well. I've found a plumbing contact for life and while I look forward to working with them again in the future, I hope its not too soon for my own sanity! 10/10 recommend!!

During the January cold snap I had a pipe freeze. One day I heard a loud noise and had a waterfall flowing in my garage. My neighbors helped me turn off the water and sweep water out. I called my regular plumber. He was totally booked out. The office manager suggested I give All Purpose Plumbing a call. They managed to give me an appointment 4 days sooner. The plumber explained how billing worked and got busy. Turns out I had 4 burst pipes. He was able to fix them in short order. I am very pleased with the work and will call them again.

My first service from All Purpose Plumbing was excellent. After living in Tacoma for 5 years I have finally found my plumbers! Jacob was professional efficient and a great communicator.

Brian and Isaiah were absolute professionals. We called in the middle of the night when our tank gave out. They were able to come the next day and assess the situation. They were compassionate and gave us the best deal we could get with a tankless water heater. They were in and out in a matter of hours, and we are now able to enjoy endless hot water. We had a burst pipe in our attic on a holiday weekend. Jacob from All Purpose Plumbing came the next morning. He did a thorough inspection, explained the problem to us, and had all the equipment to fix the leak right away and get our water back on.

He was very professional and polite, respectful of our rescue cat being shut in another room.

He even gave us advice about a knocking pipe when the water came back on, explaining it was not an emergency so if we wanted we could get it fixed later when we saved up.

Very ethical, professional company and the rates were quite reasonable, particularly for a holiday weekend. We will certainly call them for future plumbing work and highly recommend them. God bless you Jacob, we really appreciate your assistance.

Brian was right on time and not only fixed my problem, but explained everything in the process. He also provided a LOT of valuable information regarding parts, how they break down and where.

This is my second time using All Purpose Plumbing and of course I requested Brian, and of course the work was IMPECCABLE! He went above and beyond by putting up with all of our questions while replacing our sink. Again, he took the time to everything and the maintenance required. Absolutely never even a speck of dirt left behind either! I won’t go anywhere else from now on…

Long story short SWP did not show up when they Said they would. Called All Purpose, showed up early. Highly professional did the job quickly now I will have them do the big job. Hoping to get the same technicians at that time.

Jacob and Isaiah were on time, very professional and courteous. They assessed the situation quickly and provided a quote to do the repair. They were efficient a fixing the issue and provided some insights to fix and prevent further issues. While the price was a bit high, we are happy with the service, especially the week before Christmas when everything is already hectic.

I called All Purpose plumbing after having a terrible experience with another plumbing company that used scare tactics and sleazy salesman strategies to try to scam me into paying for unnecessary repairs. It saved me THOUSANDS and years of debt!

Brian and Isaiah were very nice and actually listened when I was telling them what was wrong. They took the time to find the issue instead of telling me I needed to replace all of the plumbing in my house (which was what the first company said was needed). I saved 7k on a sump pump repair by calling All Purpose plumbing! The two gentlemen explained what needed to be done, showed me the invoice when giving the original quote and didn't try to pressure or scare me into signing onto the repairs without time to think about it. (A night and day experience compared to the 1st company I called!)

If you have a plumbing issue, 100% this is who you should call. They're honest and won't try to scam you.

Got some excellent work done by Isaiah and Jacob. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They were on time, adapted to some issues, and checked in to make sure I was happy all along the way. When they left everything was working perfectly, looked good, and they made sure to clean up which was much appreciated. Would definitely use them again.
