Update: Today I called and made appt for acrylic nails with ombré French look, Tom made my nails exactly like I requested, they’re gorg and he took his time to get them right 🤩 I’m happy with results and can’t wait to come back to try another like next month!
I called in February and made an appointment just to be safe for a pedicure so I didn’t have to wait. The salon was clean , organized and my pedicure was a great one - very relaxing vibe there, nothing chaotic. I asked for gel French pedi and was very happy with the results. I’ve also had leg waxes there and was also satisfied & happy with the job they did. Def coming back , overall the staff and owner were very nice and welcoming - I’ll be back to trial a manicure and nails next time.

This is my new favorite salon!! I’ve lived here for over a year now and have tried 4 other salons so far. None of them particularly stood out to me enough to leave a review (if they did it wasn’t for a good reason..) but this salon here is absolutely amazing! I had Leah for my pedicure and acrylic fill. First of all how they remove gel polish from your toes is safe and pain free. They don’t shave the polish off like many others salons do, which in my experience can be quite painful. They soak them then gently remove the polish which allows me to relax from the start! As for my fill.. I came in with some really bad nails from a different salon that were all coming off after having them from only a week and a half. They were really bad. Leah not only fixed them completely pain free but made them look so good that I’d think they were real! They are perfectly shaped, nice and thin like real nails, and the polish is perfect. Did I mention that she didn’t burn me with the file multiple times? 🤣 the salon atmosphere is really nice too! It’s quiet and very relaxing. A perfect escape for a mom of multiples for sure. Overall I’m very pleased with my experience and I can’t wait to go back (:

I called in a day in advance to see if they had spots available for a morning appt the next day for a mani/pedi and was able to pick my own time. I was seen on time and the staff were all so friendly. I don’t get my nails done often and I have never had a pedicure done before so they helped me choose gel polish so it would last longer and my pedicure was very relaxing! The entire facility was clean, staff worked efficient and in a timely manner and were all professional and kind! I’ll continue to come back here while living in Monterey for a little bit. I do wish there were more neutral colors of polish to choose from but other than that nothing negative to say and even that alone is not worth anything less than 5 stars!

So grateful for the people that recommended this place! Hadn't had a pedicure in a year because last time I got an infection (in w.v.). I'm super prego and a spa pedicure was the perfect pampering to take my mind off things! No complaints about anything. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others!

Lilly was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I asked for and I was in and out in less than an hour. 100% recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

First time trying this place. Found out the owner is someone that’s done my nails before so that was a pleasant surprise. Her husband Brian did my nails. Super happy with the outcome. He kept asking me is this ok. I appreciate that because a lot of lace just keep going because they are in a rush to get to the next customer. Highly recommend this place!

They got me in for an appointment for a French manicure. He was amazing. My nails turned out beautiful. He was very gentle. I have soft, thin nails and he didn’t hurt me at all. Price was very reasonable.

Best nail service I have ever experienced! The technicians were so patient, even when I changed my mind about the color chosen or the for the millionth time. They are also very cleanly, detail oriented, and sweet. The establishment didn't give off judgy vibes like some other salons which was also a plus. My only qualm is that their price for gel nails for your toes are a bit pricey, however you cannot beat rhe price and and quality of their acrylics! Absolutely to die for! Nina was the best and I will definitely be visiting again and making a request for her. Thank you Serenity Nails for your amazing services!

Covid related safety: They require masks, checked my temp when I can in, required me to wash my hands. The have shields for both pedicures and manicures. If you are having both done, a face shield is worn by the manicurist. I felt very safe there, and they did a great job.

We had a great experience today. I brought in my daughter to try gel nails on her to help her stop biting them. They were very sweet to her, and really cleaned up her nails and her fingers. Great customer service and our nails look good, too! Will return.

I needed a fill and looked up salons based on reviews. Andy did my fill he took his time and made sure I was happy with my nails! Very affordable and clean, this will be my new salon!

Probably the best foot massage during a pedi I’ve had in a long time. The pedicure itself was great. I also got an eyebrow wax and she cleaned up my brows perfectly

Recently moved to the area and tried alot of nail salons and this is by far the best in the area! Scrupulously clean and a serene, relaxing setting. Fair and reasonable pricing. And fantastic staff !
