20 years ago my Grandma passed away. She had a TON of costume jewelry that the granddaughters were allowed to pilfer. This ring is the only piece I took and I've loved it dearly. It started to turn my finger green not long after I got it and I was desperate for it to be real. I'm finally in a place financially that I was able to contact Shawn about making my grandma's ring real. He offered to search for a setting that would be close in order to save me money and one of his employees nailed it!! I just picked up my ring 2 days ago and It's GORGEOUS!!!

Not only were Shawn and his team at Diamond Designs in Lakewood WA able to recreate my grandma's ring, but they were also able to make a wax ring my son made for me while playing on an airplane real too! Thank you SO SO much!!

Went there today after getting donuts. 30 year anniversary, congratulations. I brought 3 pendants. One rose gold with moonstone and other gems. A kite yellow citrine artistry with diamonds, and purchased a white and yellow gold chain. Makes the necklace even more stunning. And a green moonstone pendant set in gold and diamonds. Love all my new lovelies. They polished my ring while shopping. And my son won a diamond, today was a most exceptional day. Thanks to all the friendly, wonderful staff. Sent pictures to my sister in Oregon, she wants to go shopping next visit.

Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable about metals and gems and can advise you on tips for purchasing and care. Free cleaning and inspection of all your jewelry, not just what you buy from them. Estimates on repairs or alterations. Very personable, they treat you like you're their only customer. Will go there for everything from here on.

Diamond Designs Unlimited not only has a very nice selection of beautiful & unique jewelry but the staff is also awesome. Shawn is my new go to jeweler. He not only is passionate about his craft but knowledgeable and personable as well. This is a boutique style family owned business which is in my opinion a cut above the rest

Amazing customer service.Great product knowledge and they do everything.I have had an expensive Diamond ring repaired there with excellent results also have purchased various items from necklaces to watches.They donate to local schools with no hesitation and everyone that works there is simply the best at what they do.If you have not made the decision to shop locally you are missing out.

Great small jewler. Shawn has an amazing selection of pearls and some very original jewelry by fine artisans you won't find at the big stores. Very good prices for excelent quality. I highly recommend Diamond Designs the first place I go for jewelry.
