Clarion Collection Wilkie's Inn Pacific Grove - Monterey

They were very accommodating. We were able to book a room late in the evening and the rates were very reasonable. The free breakfast was great, waffles, pastries, cereal, yogurts and juice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, the rooms were clean, with a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers from cannery row. The property was clean and within a 5 minutes of asilomar beach. We will definitely be coming here again, if not for the cheap rates, definitely for the hospitality! Thank you wilkies inn!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling with a golf group and we had a little mix-up on the number of rooms we booked. We were able to add an extra room easily at a competitive rate. Perfect place of you're looking for a place to stay the day before you begin your vacation at Pebble Beach.

I REALLY enjoyed our stay here. I had a free night from one of my hotel apps and we chose this one! I'd never even heard of this place before and it's so cute! It was very clean and has upper scale amenities. We had a basic room with a double bed. The bathroom was nice and large too! The hotel itself seemed pretty small with limited amount of rooms. Will definitely go back.

I had a fantastic time here. The room was perfect, hotel staff very attentive, some new landscaping was being planted while I was there, and it will look great! I was pleasantly pleased as some of the other reviews posted were not so good. You just can't please all the people all the time!

We stayed here after a full day, arrived after 10PM. The room was clean and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable. It's a small Inn, but they offered a basic breakfast. No complaints.

The only complaint we have of The Wilkies (Clarion Collection in Montery, CA) is that we didn't stay long enough. The second we saw the hotel, we immediately knew that it was going to be really nice. In fact, the color of the hotel itself made me feel like we're staying in a cabin surrounded by the beautiful trees and it gave a "home-sweet-home" feel to it. The hotel itself was spacious, cozy and very clean. It was an added bonus when we saw the "imitation" fireplace in the living room area. The service was great and even the continental breakfast was adequate and pleasing. We would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a nice place to stay, especially because it has a cottage atmosphere feeling to it. We look forward to staying here again

Checking in was smooth. Parking was a bit limited. Room was nice size and clean. No AC, but with the windows cracked it stayed cool. Location was convenient to downtown and lighthouse. Staff was friendly.

Stayed at the Wilkies Inn two nights in March '19 with my girlfriend, then again for four nights in May '19 by myself; rooms are clean and well appointed, staff is friendly and prompt with requests, and the neighborhood is serene as well as close to restaurants and shopping... all at an affordable price!

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. People working there were polite. My only complaint is that I wish they would have drinking water in the rooms as opposed to a jug at the reception.

We need an extra bed the first night of our two night stay. They accommodated us with two queens the first night and had a king ready for us by 9 the next morning! We were very impressed with the service.

Hotel is older but we'll maintained and clean. Located in a very quiet neighborhood a 10 minute walk from downtown Pacific Grove. Good value

Really nice, quiet inn. The front desk is very polite and hospitable and the rooms are spacious and nicely kept. Overall a very good hotel for the price.

Cleaner and nicer than the pictures suggested, I was pleasantly surprised by the value and the comfort provided by an open window and the Sea air. The location is a 15 minute walk to a fairly secluded section of the shore.

This location is only 15 minutes from Cannery Row. Well run, easy parking lot.

I liked it alot, I just don't like being double charged, or my ex trying to book rooms on me with his jen filice

Cute, clean and comfy. Our daughters love they can wake up and use the waffle maker to make their own breakfast.

Very nice room. Location is a a little out of the way, but I like that. Still close to Monterey and all it's activities though. Would definitely stay there again.

It was lovely the first time. I loved everything about it the second time. breakfast was very good as well. I will definitely consider making this a regular place for us.
