The lady here on shift is super unprofessional. I grabbed my items and as I took them to the counter I asked her how her night was going? She then answered by saying "what does it matter, I get that asked all the time....I have to get back to what I need to do". I then said "I'm sorry I was just asking" she replied saying "I get asked that all the time, how does it even. matter".….very unnecessary...

I honestly wanted to throw my drink in her face and that's something I wouldn't ever do but she had me very close on her unnecessary reaction to my small comment.

I'm going to put a 5 because her attitude has nothing to do with your business but get rid of this lady. She is very unprofessional or she was either having a bad day but regardless that is something I wouldn't imagine someone would say on the job without asking to lose your job. If you see this (lady), learn to speak to customers on the job. Leave your issues at home and do your job right. We all have tasks to complete on any job but what the heck is the issue with having customers.

She drives a red car like the one mentioned in a previous review 🤦🏼

All of the employees are super friendly and nice. They always recommend the discounts when buying from the hot food section.

I was extremely blessed about 2 hours ago by the lady clerk that is working tonight on the night shift. My wife sent me on a emergency coffee run and I am not a coffee drinker so it was a bit of a challenge due to the usual go to coffee shop were closed. The clerk was beyond helpful and so thoughtful in helping me with the coffee. She truly blessed me and my wife loved the coffee. Thank you so much for your kindness help. The world needs more leaders that have kindness just like this lady doesn’t. You left a beautiful impression on our hearts.

I've been to this 7-Eleven one 2 different trips and it's been a life saver. It's conveniently located in the heart of Montery. It has all the necessity you need for a short trip. Very clean and well organized. Safe was very friendly and made nice conversation. Great place to stop before the beach to get snack or breakfast or even lunch in a hurry.
