Paint Pros did an excellent job. It had been 15+ years since the house had been painted and the house looked horrible. Though there were delays (due to terrible smoke conditions), the owner was responsive and once the job was started, it was finished in a timely fashion. The owner was very helpful with the color choices-it's been almost a year and I still get happy to see how nice the house looks.

We hired Paint Pros to give our 1920's Craftsman a long overdue overhaul. It involved removing some spray on stucco texture "stuff" that had been sprayed on ALL the wooden beams and under the eaves. It was grueling work, as the "stucco stuff" had acrylic in it and didn't want to budge. But Paint Pros rose to the challenge. Their staff were awesome. Always on time; hard working, polite and professional and leaving their surroundings clean and tidy at the end of each day. Kenneth was great to work with on the color choices. We picked colors out of a Pantone book. Got the main color in one, but the trim color ended up being challenging. Kenneth was so patient with us! The house looks amazing! It now looks like a Craftsman house should! I cannot recommend Paint Pros highly enough.

From start to finish, Kanneth and his team were extremely professional. They did a really beautiful job painting the extxerior of our house, completing the job in less time than promised and on budget! They repaired some cracks in our stucco so well that event though we know where to look, we cannot find a trace. Kenneth managed to match our house color perfectly even though we didn't know exactly what they were. We are so pleased we plan to have him back in the spring to paint the interior!

We had a great experience with PaintPros of Napa Valley, from our initial meeting with Kenneth for a quote thru to the finish of our project with Javier and Fernando. We didn't have a very big project, just a hall bathroom that needed painting, and they did a very professional job on walls, trim and doors. The prep work was top notch, the guys were on time, tidy and did great work. We wouldn't hesitate to bring them back for any future painting projects.

Paint Pros refinished and refreshed our cherry kitchen cabinets and family room media center. We were so pleased with the outcome, we had them come back and stain and refinish our oak cabinets in our master bath. Our cabinets were custom over 20 years ago and they now look better than when they were originally installed.
Kenneth, the owner went over the process in great detail. His crew, Jose and Efrain were meticulous in carrying out the process. From tape/prepping, staining and finishing, transporting the finished cabinets to installing and clean up - meticulous! Even in installing new hardware!

I highly recommend Paint Pros of Napa Velley. Kenneth and his team are professional, friendly, and very skilled. Kenneth listened attentively to our proposed projects and provided helpful suggestions and a detailed estimate. I had an unconventional request in that I needed a bid and work done from a different town, and the timing was strange because of closing dates and other contracted folks on the site as well. Kenneth worked with me and my schedule, was flexible with my daughter and son-in-law's schedule and his team was able to work quickly and efficiently around others timing. He was able to use a keen eye to help with colors of walls, and to coordinate with floor contractors as well. He was able to complete the work with time to spare before the kids were going to move in! What a great experience it was to work with Kenneth and his team. Alejandro and Hector certainly brought their A game to this job. Cutting lines on textured surfaces with contrasting wall colors was not easy but their combined efforts were exceptional.
