Very comfortable and clean. Employees were very helpful and courteous. If your thinking of a Lovesac product , head to the store to try them out .

Kim was awesome. However much y’all are paying her, double it. She was extremely personable and was able to offer her own personal experiences without being pushy. She was also able to answer any question we had and was able to pivot when we changed our minds a couple times. All the other employees were very welcoming as well. The only downfall might be the location, it might make for a better experience if the showroom was a little bigger. Kim and the whole team deserve all these stars and more though. Thanks!

The young lady that helped us was amazing. She explained all of the options and took the time to configure what we need and send us off with all of the measurements and fabric swatches we need to make a decision. Exceptional customer service!

We had been considering a Lovesac sactional for about a year but were waiting for timing to be right and a good sale. When we walked in we were greeted by Kim who walked us through the entire process of customizing and completing a big order. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and excited about helping us. We didn't feel like we were being sold, the process was very smooth and dare I say fun, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, just great customer service. We had a lot of questions and Kim gave us all the information we needed in order to get the most out of our purchase, she even answered questions I didn't even know I needed the answer to but glad she presented the extra information. We highly recommend asking for KIM if you're considering any Lovesac products.

I contacted the Lovesac store in Lynnwood via chat because I had specific questions in regards to shipping. Initially, I called the Contact Centre and requested the ‘call back’ feature (waited 2 days) and never heard from anyone , I then sent an email and did not receive a response (waited 3 days), hence my chat attempt to the store I had visited initially. I received a response from Tiffany within approx 20 minutes. Every question I had was answered with the exception of one that she was waiting for a response on….that only took about 10 minutes. I asked an additional question and she responded immediately. I was so thrilled to finally get answers and appreciate her very professional, upbeat style when responding to me. I am a Contact Centre Regional Manager and would offer her a position with my company if we weren’t across the border. I could see that Tiffany knows your product well and knows where to seek additional information if required. She deserves to be commended for the great service she provided to me today. More often than not, Managers only see complaints and don’t hear about the exceptional service staff have provided, hence my review! I look forward to dealing with Tiffany and my order in the near future. Great job Tiffany - thanks again for all your help!

Everyone was upbeat and gracious. Whether I called in or came in person, I received kind and knowledgeable service. Sareena at the Alderwood Mall was my sales person and she was awesome! Super patient as I made sense of the product and how things work to order and put it together. When she wasn't available, I received the same excellent service from the other staff. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience. Can't wait to receive my pieces.

Our Customer Service Rep we had about 5 months ago did an amazing job with us. She was patient, friendly, respectful, and assisted us in any way possible. She explained and answered our questions without hesitation or attitude. When possible, I plan to return to her and purchase our family sectional. Amazing job all the way. Keep up the awesome Customer Service.

We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted but had a lot of questions. Donovan walked us through the entire process. He had a large grid with model couches and we were able to visualize exactly how our couch layout would look. Donovan wasn’t pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the store, with our couch ordered, in less than an hour. Bonus - most of their pieces are shipping far faster than other companies. Overall it was a great experience.

Hi, we would just like to give a commendation to one of your Lovesac colleagues- Markeisha of Lynnwood, WA. We came in your store and she attended to us. Her customer service skills is exceptional and her knowledge on your product is fantastic. Eventhough the store would be constantly be with customers, she makes sure to acknowledge everyone coming in or she would also have a colleague make sure customers are greeted. Also, Markeisha answered all of our questions intelligently and processed our order accurately. Thank you, Markeisha we appreciate your assistance in the product we’ve been wanting to get for a while now.

We purchased a Lovesac Sactional in 2016 and have loved it. We are moving and just needed to buy an extra side so we could expand our seating. Stephanie was wonderful to work with. She found links for me that showed our covers were on clearance so I didn’t have to do a custom order and then she assisted me in ordering the insert.

Not only does Lovesac sell an amazing product, but they clearly hire great people and offer great service. It was so refreshing to be helped and get exactly what I needed, hassle free!

All of the ladies that worked there today were very friendly and professional. I worked with Ariel and she did a fantastic job at informing me on everything at LoveSac. Any question I had she knew the answer. She quickly sent me quotes and when I had questions about two swatches she emailed me pros and cons of them, the feel of them, and pictures of them with the store lighting. I was very impressed and will recommend all my friends and family to shop at this store!

Quick note first, they moved locations and the mall map and Google suggest they are inside still. They are now outside near the Apple store and Williams Sonoma.

Appointments are needed right now in the midst of the pandemic. We were the only customers in at the time and employees were wearing masks. There were sanitizing stations in the store which was great.

I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us, she was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase in the moment, no rushing, and she answered all of our questions about fabrics, accessories, storage, durability, etc.

We loved the giant love sac in the past, and the sactional is very comfortable. The fact that it can be rearranged in to multiple configurations is awesome. Can't wait for ours to arrive. 😊

Had a very nice experience! Employees were very kind and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and clearly and even had cute little block models of the sections so we could experiment with different couch configurations. Didn't feel pressured to make a purchase or decide anything definititively before we left.

The team was so helpful! They spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable coming up with a configuration that would work best in our home. Then they showed me about 50 more ways I could make the same amount of pieces work. It was wonderful, I highly recommend a Sactional and even more so this store to help you with your comfy needs.
