The Home Depot

This place carries pretty much anything you could ever need for your projects. If there’s something random that I’m not sure where it might be, I buy it online and just pick it up at the lockers right at the front. That’s also nice during the holiday season when the lines are long. staff is always super nice and super helpful as well. I like going in the spring time and getting plants and flowers as the weather gets warm.

Great place. Always clean. Have great products for what we need.

They always have the best customer service and will help you find anything!

Really wish we didn't have to come here for "vacation " every year, but I guess that's what happens when your dad blows all the family money on his gambling addiction.

Nothing says capitalism like home Depot putting the smaller guys out of business as they are allowed to remain open durring covid and others arent. M'erica

I love coming to this Home Depot because everybody is always so nice compared to other Home Depot that I have been to watch the shop here on a regular basis probably more than I would like to admit! Especially there was a guy by the name of Sam, or Samuel a while back well quite some time ago I was walking through the isles, and I was kind of having anxiety attack and the young gentleman approached me and asked me if I needed any help, move some time, you have to look for somebody to help you. You want down every single aisle and I told him the list of what I needed to do a remodel he push. The curtain was so very helpful. I have never received any customer service like this in my life. With me being a retail manager for the past 13 years I wish I could steal them honestly! Lol he said he traveled far just to even come in worked at that location. I work down past Seattle, so I know he wouldn’t come that far to work for me unfortunately! I hope to see him here again and I will keep on coming back just for that customer professionalism that he provided that day

Always had good experiences here. Almost daily stopping in and never have issues. Order pick up can take a while compared to some other home depots but for the amount we're here its consistently great overall.

Night and day from lowes. Had what I needed and treated me like a customer and, and. Get this.... actually had more than enough employees on the floor.

My first batch of color swaths or chips or

This is a good, clean, safe Home Depot. Well stocked and staffed. Love that with the Home Depot website we can look up items on the phone and it tells us if it's in stock in the store, and which exact aisle and shelf bay to look for it in. Big time saver.

I've always found help when needed and have been treated very well here in the Burlington Home Depot. I have never felt pressured or rushed and have gotten assistance many times to help load stuff. Love shopping here!

My husband and I frequent Home Depot, almost as if it was our second home. Sometimes we call it "date night". That's how much we love this place.

Anytime of year, this cornucopia of my DIY passions brings me in to find something I need to accomplish my various projects in a convenient location. From spring planter starters to the less enjoyable replacement of the toilet bowl tank assembly Home Depot has fair pricing, knowledgeable, and helpful staff that makes you feel they are listening and there to help.

The other night, about a half hour from closing I went in with purpose, no doddling checking out all the sections because I knew closing would sneak up on me. I love hardware stores. BUT I needed a piece of lumber, nothing fancy for a simple shelf project. End if the day stacks of common lumber were available but we're showing me I was going through the end if day picked overs prior to restocking BUT I was not disheartened, or deterred, and after picking over a small bit of warped and damaged my board chosen was perfect. I needed it cut too. Fifteen mins from closing, my board was cut and in my car. I love the convenience of good inventory, enough night staff to promptly cut my one board, and a friendly chap to boot. I felt all empowered to reach my shelf goal.

My check stated the price and my jaw fell open! Fifty some dollars??? For my one board with three curs? Oh man! I asked him if I misunderstood the price, as it was just one board 2x6 cut into four pieces. He was so great, and set my mind at rest as he had not realized that it was a cut board. Phew!

Easy, to fix, and if that was the worst of my trip I surely was satisfied and appreciative of the hours and ample employees at end of the day to take care of me, even with my small expenditure. I was getting it done, even though a small trip in for me, those little things add up.

Home Depot helps me keep it simple and popping in to knock this off my list is very satisfying, from the time if day, where no other customers per say are there, the in and out, and the neighborhood feel of it being my local hardware store, vs. going into Seattle, I was home within a bit and kept it simple.

The staff are always helpful & friendly. Quite often I shop online to pick up in the store. I am impressed with their new self help lockers that allow you to use an email code to open your assigned locker. Works like a charm. No waiting 8n line for your package.
