Purple Showroom - Alderwood Mall

So first time buying one of these mattresses and Samantha rocked it, their showroom was clean well managed and she was delightful. We'd made the choice months ago but she helped us save even more and included some awesome perks that come with the bed! So glad we went and made the change much needed and much appreciated with their amazing staff and help!

Meant to do this earlier in the week. Jessie is an excellent salesperson! We had gone in to check the pillows and other accessories last Saturday, but we hadn't done a lot of research. Jessie was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They didn't push to make a sale, was extremely clear about the refund policy, and was an absolute pleasure to chat with. The showroom was very clean and obviously well taken care of. We ended up purchasing a pillow which arrived yesterday and the quality is off the charts.

Big thanks to Jessie for all of their help! We'll definitely be back for other items.

We probably came in to try mattresses 5 times before we finally bought our mattress and the staff was great. Shout out to Jessie (who has moved stores now but was hilarious and fun), but even more so to Sam and Jon who put up with our endless bed hopping and questions and really took the time to take care of our needs and helps us buy the perfect bed.

Everyone at the store was wonderful but I definitely wanted to give a shout-out to Samantha. She was patient and knowledgeable, really helping us make the right decision for us. I highly recommend popping in if you are mattress shopping because you won't know what you are missing until you test out the mattress.

I had the best possible mattress buying experience because of Jessica. She went above and beyond in the showroom with her patience and kindness making the process very enjoyable. Anytime I had questions she emailed immediately with useful and detailed information. I highly recommend Jessie for anyone in the market for a new mattress!

Samantha came in clutch with the "do you need a mattress," and i said...."yes." After that I knew she was the best. 11/10 she was awesome.... oh and the mattress felt good also.

Craig was the man. King of the Purple palace. Without him, would we have left with a great mattress at a great price? No way. He was so professional and helpful. I can't believe it. Absolute lengend.

Had a great experience in the showroom. Xavier was super helpful, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He even emailed me some price points for each mattress we were considering when we said we wanted to think about it. We will definitely be recommending to friends to try out the showroom before they decide on buying a mattress.

My fiancée and I came in to have a conversation about our first generation Purple mattress causing us both back pain. Jessie was very helpful and friendly. She referred us to customer service and let us try some mattresses. It was a huge relief to learn that our problems weren’t all in our heads; the newer mattresses feel SO much better.

Bought my Purple mattress here just a couple of weeks ago. All the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Jessie was the person who helped me put my order through and cleared up any questions I still had about the product. Received my mattress the same week I ordered and the delivery guys were great about communicating when I should expect them. I've already recommended this store in particular to several of my friends and family. Will be returning when we need another bed.

Samantha assisted us during our visit. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The buying process was super simple and direct.

Been waiting for the new mattress models to be released for a while. John called me this morning to let me know they were in. I went down this afternoon, and Jessie was delightfully helpful. Pointed me to exactly what I was looking for, put the order together quickly and painlessly, and got me on my way within minutes. Wouldn’t let me walk out with a stolen pillow protector, tho.

The staff at this showroom are amazing! They don't make commission, so you don't feel like you have to plan your escape route as soon as you enter. They are patient and knowledgeable, and they don't hover.

We had a great experience with Jessie, and decided to get a Premier 4. It was such a comfortable bed, that I just lay there for about an hour with no one trying to get me to buy something or leave. I have systematic nerve inflammation and I never sleep more than 2 hours at a time in 1 position due to hip and pelvic pain. I usually can't even lie still on a bed for more than 5 minutes. Like I said, I laid on the bed for over an hour with no pain!

It's a splurg for sure, but if I'm able to sleep even for 6 hours straight, I'd pay 10x over! Thanks Jessie! Also thanks Samantha for all your email wisdom! I appreciate you both!

I've been in the store at the mall three times to check different products and prices. Every time the associate named John was working. He was awesome, explained the difference in mattresses and pillows that they carry, even though we left without buying anything. This evening we went back to the Alderwood showroom and he was there again. We left with with an amazing pillow this time! My daughter is super happy, didn't think I could please a teenager so much just with a pillow:-) thank you John!

We came in mostly just to look and learn about these mattresses- Miguell was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable about the products. He was professional and willing to help us experience the products without any pressure to purchase. Great experience and really awesome technology in this product! Super comfortable beds!

Samantha and Jessie are really great at their job and can tell they love helping people and are really informative on all the items in the store worked with me and made it easy to but a mattress would recommend if you’re looking for a great bed to sleep on.. oh and john’s cool too

Xavier was extremely helpful! He made shopping very easy, showing us multiple options and catering a mattress towards our needs. He ensured we had all the add-ons we needed. Great shopping experience at this location.
