Famous Footwear

Our go to place for shoes for the whole family. We are gold members so we get a ton of coupons, discounts and reward certificates from buying so many shoes. Burlington is our favorite location. The staff is very helpful and professional whenever I need help with sizing for my children. If they don’t have what size you need or want in store then they can order it for you and ship it free to the store or your home or see if any other store has it and hold it for you. Our family loves Famous Footwear!

I went in to buy some shoes today and had a really great experience. The manager on duty was very helpful and very friendly. She even had to deal with a very rude customer who helped herself into the employee only area. She asked a customer nicely to leave the employee area at that time the customer decided to freak out and yell at the manager. The manager kept her cool and maintained professionalism even when the customer was in the wrong. Great place to buy shoes

very nice friendly helpful associates, I was greeted with a big hello and told they'd be right with me. it's a great change from most places now days. they had just what I wanted and the price was excellent value. I definitely will go back as soon as I can.

I went to Famous Footwear to do a return of an online purchase. The people there were fabulous . easy return , quicksmiles, prompt attention.
I would be very happy to work with them again in the future

We almost always find what we are looking for at famous footwear. The staff aren't quite as helpful as other places, but what your see is what you get so it doesn't matter all that much.

We stumbled on a BOGO sale today and got half of the second pair. Wife and kiddo are happy. So is my bank account.

The best deal I've found was a pair of black Naturalizer's reg. $70 for $7 and some change. They always have cute shoes and boots. Where I purchase most of my collection. 😘😊🤗

Love it here!! Always has good deals! I got 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pair of bear paw boot socks for $32.

Had the work shoes non-slip black ones I needed and plenty of sizes to choose from all under $70. Also had good customer service as well.

6 out of 5 really. I walked out with 3 pairs of shoes that fit despite being a size 13 4E. Staff was incredibly helpful with tracking down the larger shoes

I went to find shoes for my son and the staff were extremely helpful in sizing his feet and showing the selection in his range.
