My husband and I will not take our vehicles anywhere else! Every time we have taken in one of our vehicles for repairs, from minor to major, we have received nothing but quality work and clear, honest communication from them. They are professional and knowledgeable, and their customer service is excellent. We are so glad we have found a trustworthy shop to take our vehicles to.

My husband brought our Dodge 1500 Ram 2009 to get the pinion bearing and carrier bearings replaced .They did a great job it runs smooth and quiet since they worked on it. They did it on time and were the nicest people. We will definitely be using them again in the future! 5/5 stars!

Steve, Alisa, outstanding communication, not only did Steve go beyond after hrs to get my car to his shop after hrs, and called me before even insurance company did also to add the staff that also worked on my Kia that they tried to steal, I cant say how amazing hands on this company did for me and got my car back in a week, I hope everyone will go to them for any of your needs, zi wont ever go elsewhere no matter what iam gonna need, I thank you so much.

Great customer service. I had an appointment two days after I called, and the vehicle was finished in two hours. They did exactly what I asked for with no hidden fees or bs about the vehicle needing other repairs. As an experienced mechanic, I hate taking my vehicles to other people and I have only done it a handful of times because I didn't have time to do the job myself. I have never been happy until now. I will recommend. Thank you.

You have to have a mechanic you can trust. Precision Automotive is clean, well organized, and very professional. The staff is friendly and the shop well organized and clean. Everything I needed them to do- they did quickly and completely. I’m really happy with the work they’ve done and will definitely return for both regular maintenance work and whatever problems may arise with my vehicles. Keep up the good work.

I have been here twice now. The first time was for an oil change. Which went great! The staff is really friendly. They even looked over my car and told me what I would need to have done next/in the near future. It was super helpful to know what the next steps for maintaining my car was gonna be (And so I could budget it).I set up my next oil change and a couple of the repairs. Making an appointment is easy and convenient. They communicated well with me. My car ended up having some missing and some loose bolts. They called and let me know right away. My car was still able to be completed that day! Overall, I am very pleased with the workmanship and the shop in general. I will be taking my car there for the foreseeable future!

Steve at Precision Automotive saves the day again for me! My starter was giving me trouble as well as the front bearings. We have been having health problems and couldn’t get there to get the car fixed but needed it to run reliably.. Steve picked it up, repaired and serviced it, and brought it back the same day. Great not to have to worry about it running at this time.

I feel my money is well spent when I go to Precision. The folks are easy to talk to. They are honest and let you know what is needed right now and what can be postponed. The work is done in a timely manner with excellent communication between the shop and myself. Steve anticipated my needs and offered me use the loaner car. They have a customer for life.

Steve and his team always give outstanding service and maintenance as they are highly knowledgeable in auto care industry. They tell you exactly what you need now, never adding unnecessary maintenance. They have kept both our SUV 2008 and truck 2004 in perfect condition. Which is very important to me as I drive my grandchildren (4) to and from schools and preschools daily.

The staff, both office and shop, show that they are professionals in their industry. They listen with attentiveness and respect, as a woman I appreciate not being disregard. Recently I called Precision Automotive and asked if someone had time to ride and listen to the wining noise my SUV was making. Minutes later Shawn took a ride to listen and told me what it was, more importantly he knew exactly what it needed and fixed it. They take the time!

Integrity in today's world means so much to all of us. We work hard for our money and need to be frugal. I know when Precision Auto does any service or maintenance it will be done on time, correctly and will not need to be redone. And if they can't fix your problem they help you find someone who can. Great experience! They explained the problems they found with my car and answered all my questions. The cost to repair was more than I wanted to spend, but that was due to the age of the vehicle. I felt their repair estimate was fair. Would recommend.
