Beautiful old building with a fabulous feel to the inside! The ambiance was wonderful. We ordered some food for the road(ham and cheese croissant, almond croissant, quiche and an old fashioned cinnamon roll). Food was not only excellent quality but packaged with care and warmed up without asking. They treat their food with the respect it deserves. Can't recommend enough!

This was our first visit after hearing about the restaurant 2.5 years ago. It did NOT disappoint us. We are making plans to go back. They did offer us a First Responders discount.

We visited Mount Vernon today for the tulip festival and stopped by Calico Cupboard for brunch. This restaurant is large and we were seated quickly. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is thoughtfully decorated. The scramble, PNW breakfast sandwich, and breakfast burrito were all good with filling portion sizes. I was not a fan of the biscuits and gravy, there was almost no sausage in the gravy and the biscuits were very flat, I would not recommend this dish. The passion fruit iced tea was very light and refreshing. On our way home we stopped by the front desk to order some fresh pastries. I enjoyed our visit despite the less than satisfactory biscuits and gravy.

Breakfast bowl and Italian sausage scramble were both very good. Nice rustic meals with a little shop connected while you wait. We went during the tulip festival season so it was pretty busy but didn’t have to wait very long. Lots of pastries available for to go as well.

Always delicious. Gets busy so expect to wait for a seat during weekend breakfast. You can always do take out. Friendly staff. Great offerings of bread, pastries, and more ready to go. The peanut butter bar is divine. Let it sit for a bit and the filling is so soft and creamy.

Got the Farm Burger. It was kinda messy so I had to eat it with a fork and knife but delicious! Our server was super nice as well :) Thanks! This is not the first time I've been here and I will be back for sure.

Great place for brunch with friends and family! Very nice farmhouse like ambience with good selection of vegetarian meals and beverages. The portions are quite large and good for sharing. We had to wait for half an hour for a table, but it was worth the wait. Three of us tried the pesto scramble, brussel sprout scramble and the smoked salmon eggs benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good service too. Will come back for sure!

Always a good spot to have breakfast. Love the biscuits and gravy…and maybe a cinnamon roll if I’m really feeling like going for it. Definitely a place you keep going back to.

I love this place. It can get very busy during peak hours, but it's worth waiting a bit or coming during the less busy hours. Their baked goods are some of the best I've had. I have been a couple times and the last time I got the northwest breakfast sandwich, which was made with the most delicious, soft pillow of foccacia I've ever had. My wife got the butternut squash hash and loved it. Really good coffee drinks and the mimosas are what you'd expect. My only gripe is the potatoes had cooled by the time I got them. But that won't stop me from coming here as often as I can.

We have had the pleasure to enjoy this establishment a couple of times and always enjoy. This trip I had the Cobb salad and Diane had the salmon tacos. The tacos were on toasted tortillas and full of flavor. The salmon was perfect and seasoned well and the slaw had a flavor that was a perfect compliment. My salad was full of ingredients and fresh. Nothing left in the bowl 😎. We have also tried their breakfast and pastries in the past and the only complaint was that the scrambles can't be done with just 2 eggs, only 3 and they are huge. Not a bad problem to have. We find the staff friendly and the service good. Big thumbs up 👍👍.

We were lucky to get in with no wait. This chain is always busy, everywhere I go!
I loved the vegetarian scramble. Bonus points for the broccoli in the scramble. Potatoes were amazing. And so was the homemade strawberry jam for the toast. My only not so positive comment is for coffee, which have been a tad stronger as it felt pretty watery. It’s still a solid place to go for breakfast.

This is a spectacular place for breakfast! The atmosphere is excellent. The service is absolutely wonderful. I had the eggs Benedict, first the eggs were poached perfectly, the ham was unbelievable, and the hash browns were delicious. I definitely recommend this place and I will be going back to try lunch soon!

Food so good that I came back two days in a row! I ordered the “Migas” yesterday and the cinnamon roll French toast today! The staff are so kind and attentive and great at their jobs! Wait for food and a table were both very brief. I was stoked to learn that they have oatmilk available for lattes. There are plenty of wonderful vegetarian options here. Oh and the staff do a great job wearing their masks :)

What can I say, I like how esthetic the place is. There was a long queues during Easter weekend even though they have 2 stories. But there is a boutique where you can go shop around and you can order the bakery first. The food is good, we ordered all day breakfast menu and lunch menu (sandwich) with lemon pie and cinnamon roll. They have good bakery. It a must try!

Beautifully modernized industrial brick building. Old flair with modern twist. Which also describes their food with an added descriptor of utterly delicious! Baked good we’re fantastic with a wonderful variety of breakfast foods. Vegan friendly menu. Family friendly and a good place for groups.

Best strawberry rhubarb pie ever! The clam chowder is also quite tasty. I definitely recommend this super cute place. They bake so many amazing looking pastries and pies. I can't wait to try more.

Food is amazing! Pesto chicken on focaccia bread was delicious! There was a short wait but the decor was quaint. I wish the service was better. We waited 25+ minutes for just waters. There's a bakery up front with an espresso machine.
