This place is so authentic including its owner! I went in looking for a specific thing that I didnt find but the alternative that I got was abundantly better. He doesn't have many books but the one I found/got was literally what I've been searching for. He's got very specific things having to do with the craft if that is what your looking for. Just check it out guys if you don't find anything you want you will at least get a very heart felt interaction with the owner Ken. He is such a kind and genuine soul. His presence is calm and warm. As I was leaving he said come back anytime even if you just need to talk 🥺❤ also this badass throns that you can take a selfi on. Just go yall.

Upon entering In Good Spirit, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique collection of handcrafted treasures from various artisans. What truly sets this place apart is the owner Ken’s gentle warmth and dedication. His keen attention to every detail is evident, and I can easily envision his business flourishing from the love he pours into it. Even without making a purchase, a simple chat with him is rewarding. Truly a gem of a store worth exploring.

Hidden gem we were so glad to find. Great selection of perfume oils with very reasonable prices. Loved the ambiance, crystals, candles, dragons, and especially the staff.

This shop is a hidden gem. Everything you could need to cleanse your house, your spirit, or your mind. Ken is a doll, really knowledgeable and helpful when you need more info. I love all of the different kinds of products. Beautiful set up too. And I love that I can grab any kind of oil, spice, or other ingredient that is hard to find anywhere else. One of my favorite shops in the whole country!

If I could do more than five stars, I would. I cannot say enough good things about Ken and every single person I've met at this shop. Me and my spouse accidentally came upon this store, and it is a weekly ritual for us to go there. This shop is so absolutely beautiful inside and out and the owner takes the time to get to know every single person that walks in that door. I had never seen this store in Mount Vernon, but I am so glad it found me when I needed it. Everything is hand curated, and picked with intention. A hidden gem in downtown Mt Vernon.

Ken is an absolute delight, he says he strives to make his store a welcoming place of love and he does just that. My friends and I live about half an hour away and went two days in a row because we enjoyed conversing with him and we love his shop. He's encouraging, non-judgmental, and hard-working; his store deserves all the amazing reviews it has! So much selection and even more planned, genuinely a pleasure shopping here!

Came to this shop back in April when I was visiting Mount Vernon. Great shop with beautiful crystals & a nice staff. Recently, was able to purchase something online as a gift and with the help of Ken was able to get the gift to family that lives in the area. Great customer service and beautiful items here. I look forward to visiting again on my next visit.

Had the opportunity to visit "In Good Spirit" for the first time today. I was able to find several items that I was looking for and discovered new and unique items that I had never seen. There is a peaceful atmosphere in the shop - from handmade soaps to affordable artisan jewelry, from glassworks to bundles of sage infused with frankincense or myrrh. Store owner Ken is a gentle gem, informative and genuine. I will definitely be a regular shopper.

I was out and about with my 4-year-old child today and we stopped in here on a whim. We were both thoroughly enchanted by the store and the gentleman working there! My son picked out a couple treasures and talked about the experience ALL DAY! Thank you for making such a memorable visit for me and my little guy!

Truly an amazing space! So many unique items and excellent customer service. I had the privilege of speaking with the owner and what a truly beautiful person he is. He has created a beautiful, peaceful safe haven.
