I have been coming to this office for about 8 years. I found them while I still lived in the Steilacoom/Lakewood area. I live about 40 minutes away and I still come to this location for my dental needs.
Erica is my hygienist, she’s amazing. She is very thorough. She talks while she cleans, which makes for an enjoyable experience. She is aware of what I like and what I don’t like.
Dr White is always welcoming. I’ve always felt welcome here. The staff is always friendly. I referred my whole family. Best adult dentist I’ve been to.

Cleaning was comfortable. Always something I look for with a dental hygienist. After report with both the dentist and hygienist was thorough and explained in words that I can understand, not medical jargon. All questions I had about my dental health explored and explained.

Called on a Friday and ended up with an appointment on Monday due to a cancellation. The office came as a referral from a friend. The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took x-rays and then scheduled a follow up to review the findings. The coordinator was helpful and told me the doctors needed to review all my details in order to come up with a comprehensive plan for my dental work needed. They are providing me with a few options and the best scenarios. I have been pleased with the doctor and staff so far!!

Dr. White and his assistant Katie were fabulous! Very friendly and thoughtful. Overall great experience. The whole vibe of the office was so positive. Everyone was leaving the office smiling or laughing which was really cool.

All of the staff, hygienists, and doctors I’ve encountered have been very kind and helpful. They are very understanding and sensitive towards patients who have dental anxiety or past trauma which I really appreciate. The office is comfortable, well kept, and modern! I feel a little less anxious having to go to the dentist now that I’m a patient at Brian Kerr.

I had a dental emergency this week, and my Dentist of 30+ years was unable to get me in. They sent me to their partner office in Lakewood where I was seen quickly by Dr. Rob White. They took excellent care of me, very professional and supportive. I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a Dentist.

I have been coming to this dental office for almost ten years. I love, love Kelcy and Dr. Robert White! My experiences with both of them have always been pleasant ones. Kelcy is very proficient and skillful in her work while Dr. White is an expert, very effective, brief, and painless in doing procedures. He is always tender and kind and a great doctor! I don't usually like dental exams, but strangely I trusted and thoroughly enjoyed coming here to see both of them for my dental needs.

I feel very fortunate to have found a dental office where I feel appreciated and valued as a patient. Each member of the staff brings their A game to help me feel comfortable with my dental procedures. Joanne my hygienist always remembers I like a blanket when she cleans my teeth. Dr. White helped me with a plan to update my smile and follows up with me after my visits. Its little touches like this that really make all the difference in the world!

I must say this was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and welcomed by the friendly staff. Despite my last-minute appointment, they managed to accommodate me on the same day, which alleviated my worries. The office had a fun and cheerful atmosphere, making the visit surprisingly enjoyable all while everyone took the time to be professional and thorough. Wonderful people work there and they care. I left the office feeling more than informed and optimistic, I'm genuinely looking forward to my next visit and continued journey of oral health there.

Dr. Kerr and his team have a very special dental office and culture starting with a beautiful facility, state of the art equipment, and the ability to make every patient feel like they are the only patient. One of the few places that goes out of their way to connect with anyone walking through their doors to deliver a kind greeting and exceptional service every time!

I absolutely love this practice. I have never had a bad experience with any of the dentists I have seen here. Dr. White is extremely patient and explains everything he is going to do. The office staff is excellent as well, very helpful and knowledgeable. I like this practice soo much that I choose my dental plan based on what plans they accept.

Jessica did my cleaning and she was awesome! Dr. White saw me and gave some great recommendations and was very thorough. I’ll definitely be sticking with them as my primary from here on out.

The office is easy on the eyes, too. All around a great experience and will be recommending friends and family!

I’ve been with Dr. Kerr’s practice since it first started. All the dentists and staff there are awesome. Dr. White and Katie were wonderful during my latest visit…quick, painless, and warm. never thought I’d say I had fun at the dentist but they make it easy!

I have gone to Dr Kerr and his associates since 2018. Never have I been disappointed in the care I receive. Today I had a crown. It was 2 hours from the time I entered until i walked out. Crown completely done. No second trip for a permanent one. It’s all done in one visit. The care is excellent.

Always a great experience with Dr Kerr’s team - so kind, professional, organized. Excellent, compassionate care. 10/10 practice.

Dr. Osborn, had an opening and remembered my availability on Tuesday. He reached out and gave me an appointment that I had previously missed for health reasons. When, later that day, a problem arose, he brought me in after hours to correct the issue. Thankful for that extra effort.

Had a great initial visit here after a bad experience with the first dental office I was referred to in Tacoma. 1,000 times better, nicer employees, beautiful and thoughtful accommodations, and the Dentist was knowledgeable and easy to discuss a treatment plan with.
