Holiday Inn Express Rocklin - Galleria Area, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and a couple malls nearby. They have ample parking. I loved how close to everything it is but it's still so peaceful and quiet there. The rooms were big and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were attentive, courteous, and efficient. Our two queen bedroom included two sofa type chairs (one with an ottoman) that had floor lamps above both and a very large smart TV with more channels than what you typically find in most hotels. A nice size fridge, microwave oven, kuerig coffee machine with three pods and a table with a rollout desk were also in our room. The bathroom was very nice and clean. I would definitely rebook another stay at this hotel.

Outstanding Hotel for the money. The staff was extremely friendly. The woman in the kitchen was amazing. My room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool was a plus. I will return to this hotel again and again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to our destination. They even opened breakfast early so we could eat before leaving.

Loved every part of the stay. The room was quiet (327 is on the top floor away from the elevator), and super clean!! We felt safe parking our car and there was nothing wrong with the clean room. We didn't expect room service, due to how most hotels find a way to blame COVID as a way to cut service, but we were surprised when we returned to a fresh room. No complaints at all during this Oct 2022 stay.

Wonderful!!! I was guest here for 2 weeks and from the moment I arrived I was impressed with the attention by the front desk clerk. Now Im a IHG Rewards member thanks to his advice. I want yo give a special shout out to the ladies incharge of Breakfast. The cleanliness, quality, and taste was superb. One of the ladies Sorqy was just fabulous at making you feel welcome, plus I was so grateful she spoke spanish too. Muchisimas Gracias Holiday Inn.

Had a great stay here. Rooms very comfortable! The breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Everyone was very helpful.

The only thing that wasn't okay was that our bathtub was leaking

Such a top notch place. My husband got this room to celebrate my 50th birthday. The bed and the pillows were perfect and we got the most amazing nights sleep. The jacuzzi tub IN THE ROOM was over the top incredible and a great breakfast to top it all off. The staff was so accommodating with a late check out time. We will be back for our next special occasion. Great place for sure.

Friendly welcome, breakfast was ready for us at the time we chose and we got to choose our items. Room was very clean and comfortable with two big chairs and a desk chair. Pool and spa were sparkling clean.

My family and I stayed in a nice two queen room. The shower had marble panneling. The room had a minifridge, which is always handy when traveling with children. We wanted to try the pool, but it rained the duration of our 2-day visit. The breakfast offering was great and they had a super cool push-button automatic pancake maker. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great staff, very nice rooms, all the amenities, and best of all decent price! I only had the pleasure of staying one night here, but the experience was great. The rooms are very well designed, and have everything you might need and then some. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone...

We stayed here on a work trip and due to a delayed equipment shipment ended up having to prolong our visit. Tammy at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us, including opening up a room so we could work during the day since the lobby was closed. Her attentiveness and service was above and beyond and she should certainly be commended for her efforts.

Nice clean hotel. Personnel is polite. Check-in process was fast. Rooms are spacious, clean and overall quiet. There is a gym, swimming pool that is only open certain month in the year. Plenty of parking. Located in a commercial area so you have. A bunch of restaurant, coscto, etc. In the area close by. Breakfast is standard but I think start a little late, 6:30 am to 9:30am as of 04-2018. Wish it started a little earlier.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The front desk man Harry was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above my standards and the overall look of the hotel is better than any other holiday inn I’ve stayed at. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful! Quiet and reasonable. Stayed here for concert at Thunder Valley casino. Was able to get Ubers quickly and around $25 round trip. Love the breakfasts they offer at Holiday Inn as I love to eat breakfast so getting it there for free saves another $25-30 eating it out. Great perks for being a club member got a free upgrade to King suite!

Amazing rooms! Very spacious. Customer service was outstanding, as well as the location very close to shopping center terse and other perfect accommodation's to someone who's never been to the area. Could use a better parking lot though.

Pretty little hotel...It gets a 5 for the following...it's clean, comfortable, spacious, friendly and helpful staff...During covid, many amenities have needed adjustments, so to speak. It shouldn't be difficult since it only requires doing less. Many places cannot seem to pull this off. They should use this hotel as a template...

Beautiful rooms. Very spacious. Comes with fridge and microwave. Great for families. Grab and go breakfast was good too! Bathroom was very clean. I highly recommend. Close to restaurants too
