Macy's

Macy’s is the store I will definitely check out when I am at Roseville Galleria. The store is still pretty good with a lot of clothing, household items, shoes, small appliances, kitchen cookware, etc.

This is one of the best Macy’s in the area. The department still looks up to date. The shopping experience is enjoyable.

Back in November, my boyfriend and I went shopping for a suit and Macy's was having amazing sales on a majority of their formal attire. We found a suit that we loved, it was a little pricey and they didn't have a smaller size in store for the coat, but one of their employees, I believe her name was Rose, was one of the most helpful employees. She was able to help us get the best deal on the suit, as well as order us the right size with express shipping. Rose was super sweet, attentive, made sure all our questions were asked, funny, and respectful. She is definitely an example of the best customer service representative.

Good shopping experience here. We visited to look for some outfits for an upcoming event but the prices posted didn’t match the online prices so we ended up ordering online instead.
There is a large selection of toys available too.

Lorena, I believe, was her name. She works in the women's department Inc. I ended up with several great items because of her!!! The professionalism shown was unmatched to any other store! I felt special and achieved my goal that day! Thank you, Lorena, in the Inc department for your wisdom! I will definitely be returning!!

My Wife & I just popped in before closing just to check out their formal dress situation of sizes, styles and various colors. They mainly have many dresses for proms and such; in the Juniors section. We didn't see very many dresses that My wife was very interested in; but then she did find a few, but would need to try them on...

I'd like to single out Mark (Store Manager) for special praise today. Following a terrible time with the delivery company who stated that rearranging delivery of our mattresses would take a week and nothing could be done to change that, Mark went above and beyond to make sure we received it next day.

Which was especially helpful during a difficult time of family bereavement.

Mark - Thank you, you made that pain go away.

A sales associate named Khulgai in the women's shoe department provided me excellent customer service and was gracious enough to step in when I was not getting the help I needed after waiting (and waiting) for help on two separate occasions in the same night. She went above and beyond her job, and I am sure she was tired since it was nearing closing time. Her kindness and positive attitude in helping me get the information I needed really made my night. I hope Macy's appreciates her. Some people just have a natural ability to provide great customer service. Thanks again Khulgai.

Clean, organize with variety of items & reasonable Black Friday prices. I wish the Discovery Kids Sound Machine Alarm Clock with Sound Projection ($9.99) was in stock for my grandaughter.

I had such a wonderful experience at Macy’s in Galleria today! A woman by the name Stephanie assisted me in picking out some wedges by Sam Edelman. She assisted me right away, I didn’t have to wait at all. She was eager to help and pleasant to work with. I stopped by the handbag department on my way out. A woman by the name ANITA greeted me. This woman made my whole day! She was SO kind and personable! I am blown away by the customer service I received from her! I enjoyed speaking with her. This woman is a gem! She explained all of the benefits of the Macy’s credit card to me. I felt she provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I got approved! She was just as happy as I was. Thank you for this excellent customer service I received today, Anita! You ladies brighten people’s days!

My favorite place. Always you will find what you need. Daily sales going on all the time.

Best customer service and product quality and pricing for furniture - living room, dining area and two bedrooms! Really best at the Macy’s Bay Fair for service! The customer support on phone was also complimentary to my sales person, Levornia Willis.

First experience with my service-in-training animal there was quite fun. Was able to get a few things.

Busy time of year. Asked a lady how to get into the mall and a customer answered before the associate..... but the restroom was clean and the aisles were clear.

Karen, at the fragrance counter, is so helpful and kind. I prefer her customer service over shopping online any day. That is what Macy’s used to be about, and she definitely stands up to that tradition.
