The employees are always very kind and helpful. Shelves are usually fully stocked and the store is always clean. I enjoy going there.

Not everything is a steep discount, but there are definitely steals or you’re much better off getting things here just as a one stop shop. I realized, for example, I got 8oz of shampoo for $5, but I could’ve gotten it from Costco 32oz for $12. Don’t be fooled, do the math!

Big lots is a great store to go to if you’re looking for some inexpensive furniture. The store has a variety of things from cleaning supplies to food to decorations to household items. Conveniently located for the folks in the Roseville area. Friendly folks that work here as well they are very helpful. You have to watch the inventory because it changes all the time.

This was my first time in a Big Lots and I was so impressed with not only the quality and diverse amount of products, furniture, housewares, etc, but also the amazingly excellent customer service! Always friendly workers especially at check out. They go above and beyond like Nordstrom level service every time. I find some great bargains. Clean and well stocked. Low volume store so nice to shop without people climbing all over you. Lol. Seasonal dept.has good stuff but goes fast. Well managed and shows it

I love Big Lots and this one is just as good or better as the many others I’ve visited in Southern California and In Nevada. The items are plentiful in almost every aspect for self care for the entire family, pet care, and home goods, plus various fresh food, drinks, protein snacks and commercial snacks. Each customer service was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The store was clean and organized with plenty of free parking. Highly recommended.

Diane took very good care of me and my mom. We came to get yard furniture for my grandma, she helped us find the right product. & Jim the manager even helped me take it all the way out to my truck. Great staff &customer service. Will definately shop at Big Lots again!

The last place I expected to find coaches, Big Lots.
The coaches are not the quality I was looking for but they are good and comfortable. Coaches look great, mainly in my living room. I save over 50% buying here. I end up buying a living room chair as well.

Great place to shop for food and groceries. Everything is well laid out and reasonably priced. Between big lots and WinCo which is next door, i have 95% of my groceries checked off my list. They have a surprisingly good organic selection as well.

The staff was very pleasant. I was acknowledged with a smile and a hello by everyone I came across.

I absolutely love this Big Lots. Every time I come in I find something to take home - it's becoming a problem! They have great deals on furniture and it's helped us to decorate our home with a very limited budget. They also have some really great ways to pay which allow you to take advantage of their sales but also save money. Their furniture salesman (I believe his name is Mark?) is so great to us and always helps us out. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Great quality. Up their game. Prices are a little slightly higher however there is a great selection. Overall if you like Target similar but a little less expensive.

Wow!! I am really impressed with this store! A couple years ago , I hated it and the staff.
They just did an awesome remodel too!
One employee I want to mention is Mark the Furniture Dept. Manager! We went in looking for some furniture as they carry name brands for about half of furniture stores. We purchased a sectional (Ashley) , Pub dining set for a spare game table set, office chair. He was very accomodating , and gave us a terrific deal!! We couldn't have gotten anywhere else. A really good guy!! Thank you Mark

We traveled from about an hour away to pick up some couches that our local big lots didn't have in stock. Marvin helped us out and I had to leave a review. I have NEVER had such a great customer service experience in my entire life. He was AMAZING and truly a jack of all trades from helping us with our lease to helping us load our furniture and helping other customers at the same time. He is what a customer service professional should look like along with his genuinely kind personality. He made both my night as well as my husband's. Truly an asset to the company. The world needs more Marvins!
