Great store and has anything you need. Customer service was excellent. Bob from electrical answered all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. He made my shopping experience at Lowe's so much easier and enjoyable. Wish all Customer service was like Bob.

Has everything you need and offers a good discount with the lowes credit card if you ever need to find or check if they have a product the app is extremely reliable as well from returns to trying brand new products lowes will never let you down.

Great staff: friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Store was clean, shelves stocked and organized. (Just about) everything you need for your home inside and out can be found here. Convenient location and plenty of parking. On-line shopping with delivery, curbside, or in-store pickup. COVID complient. Quality products to choose from too. They even have RR Ties!

Lowe's has the nicest and most helpful employees. Stopped to get propane and some misc stuff, i.e. picture hangers, batteries, lighting. Each employee that I encountered was friendly and so willing to show me where to find the things that I needed. Wish that Lowe's would open more stores.

The garden center plants look very good right now. The improved info tags and organization by light requirements makes it easier for shoppers.

Great place. Staff is so nice in the morning when I buy my plants. Cashiers always greet you and say thanks for shopping at Lowe’s when you leave.

We came there for garden supplies. Everything was in stock and easy to get to. A clerk got us a flat bed cart for our items. Great customer service.

Came in to get some inexpensive carpeting for a volunteer project I'm working on. The guy in the flooring dept, unfortunately, I failed to get his name, was so nice and incredibly helpful. I asked a couple of questions which he answered without hesitation and then asked for his assistance in cutting the amount I needed from the 12' roll. He listened when I described the task I'm trying to complete and then offered a couple of suggestions of better product at a lower cost than the one I had in mind. I chose one of the ones he suggested and he quickly set to work measuring, cutting, rolling & wrapping it in plastic for me. He even carried it to the front of the store (where I had left my cart) for me. The check out went just as smoothly and I left feeling satisfied with my purchases and grateful for the service. I have bought a number of large appliances, misc tools, and garage needs for years from Lowes. Staff has always been helpful and prices competitive. I like the store better than the other big box store in the area.

The washer and dryer showed up on time. The delivery crew was very polite. Life is good.

Yesterday we went to Fairway Lowe’s in Roseville. We went there to purchase a top motion Moen kitchen faucet. We looked in the Bay number to find it. We spent about 10 minutes searching. I went to look for help and got Employee Roy!
What a great employee. He explained that model was kept off the floor. He went to get a Lift to reach it on the top shelf. He explained he had to find a cashier to ring us up. And then scan it at front entrance so we did not set off alarm. While he was helping us he gave my husband helpful hints on installing! This man needs a raise. He multi tasked helping other customers while helping us! I am a retired VP and know good customer service. He loves his job and as customers we can tell that! Thank you Roy, it took Rick an hour to install and it works great!
I hope you get that raise!

Lowes doesn't charge extra for bags at checkout. One of the employees made sure to let me know that👍

I ordered a new washing machine on Saturday and it arrived Sunday. The sales girl was helpful. I paid for the extra service of installation of the new washer and removal of the old one. The washer was scheduled to arrive between 10-2, which most people dread. However, Kevin and Joe the installation guys were early! Yay! They were fast, helpful, and even offered to clean up spilled water from the old washer. 10/10 would recommend.
