Excellent Dental Care Center

Genuinely what a great experience! Ive gone to affordable dental my whole life and my new insurance doesnt cover them so i had to find a new dentist. I was nervous because who likes the dentist? From the moment I walked in i was greeted warmly and everyone i interacted with was personable. Dr. Angela really got to know me and told me things about my jaw and teeth in general no dentist has ever went over with me. They definitely are a private practice and don't have any of the super new xrays you see in newer franchises, but i didn't really mind at all doing it the old fashioned way with the blocks in my mouth. Overall awesome experience, they were able to book me fast and it was a good new dentist experience. I will be returning!

Called around for a crown and they gave me the earliest appointment plus the best price quote. They were nice, professional, & best of all my teeth literally look good as new. I definitely appreciated the transparency, they told me exactly what was wrong & whats needed and ALL my options... It was my best decision coming here. They're truly great!!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for as long as I can remember and can say with certainty that they do an excellent job. They focus more on the quality of their work and making sure they do a good job than they do on the money. It's easy to tell that they really enjoy their work and enjoy providing positive results. They make sure the patients are happy with the results. The staff is really kind and always do what they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I would 10/10 recommend!!

Our first time here and was super glad that the staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Audrey explained my sons treatment so that he can understand the procedure he's about to face. She is professional and kept calm which made him calm. I would recommend anyone to go and visit. Their staff is amazing and greeted us like we've been coming there for years! Our entire family have been patients of Dr.Nguyen for many years. They have taken great care of all of us with each person having a varied individual need and personality. Two of my sons are currently recovering Ortho treatment as well and he has been great. He explains everything in detail and his main concern is overall mouth and jaw health. It makes me feel good to know that we are taken care of completely and the staff all know us and I know they genuinely care.

One of my children has special needs and he is now an adult but they have always taken time to work with him at his own level and ability.

We have been to both the Auburn and Tacoma office and we truly appreciate the kind service we have always received, it is rare to have such a great team and staff that work so well together but they have it there.

I was here yesterday and I had such a great dental experience. I am a travel RN that lives in Tacoma and I recommend this dentist to all travel nurses in the area. Audrey (the dentist) sat and explained my X-Rays to me for 30-40 minutes in depth on what was really going on with my dental health. Every other dentist that I have seen will come in and say "everything looks good" but Audrey took her time to explain to me what was actually going on. I appreciate her time and knowledge. If I lived full time in Tacoma, this would be my full time dentist! The staff and reception were great also!

I'm in healthcare and truly appreciate how thorough and comprehensive they are. To top that, I'm treated like an old friend from the get go. Everyone is always happy and friendly. I'll admit I have going to the dentist, but their service is truly one of a kind. I also have horrible teeth and a lot of work to do, but they've been there and give me all the time and resources to achieve good dental health. Excellent is the right name for their business!

I’ve visited this office since I was only knee high all the way until now; as I enter college. The staff here have always been friendly and attentive, they’ve always taken good care of me and provided me with information about my teeth. The list goes on and on for all the good things I can say about them. I think the most important part is that they’ve kept my teeth pearly white. They set new standards for what is considered excellent!

They are always so sweet. I bring my 3 year old and hes never cried or been scared at an appointment. The dentists are always gentle & explain whats going on. We'll definitely be continuing care here.

This dental clinic is great. They are always on time with their appointments, and they offer great dental care. I felt like they really do a comprehensive exam of your teeth and dental health. Additionally, everyone that works here including the doctors are so friendly. They remember me when I go in and remember what we talked about last time. I would highly recommend them to anybody in Tacoma!

I have had a total of 3 appointments at their Tacoma office and all of them went extremely well! Dr. Nguyen is thorough, informative, and caring. I really appreciated that I was told not only what to expect during my fillings, but also that I was told all of the potential pains and ways to handle them following. You really don't get left in the dark on what's going on and what to expect.

There is also almost no waiting around before an appointment, the staff are all kind and helpful, and their prices are very reasonable and transparent; theyll always tell you what each procedure costs, and give you all your options before you receive treatment.

I've been a patient at excellent dental care for 2 years. Lynn at the front desk always makes you feel welcome and she genuinely cares for all the patients. She works with your schedule to make sure you get seen asap. All of the hygienist are very kind and gentle. Both Dr Thai Nguyen and his wife Dr Audrey Nguyen are very informative about all your dental care. Dr Thai also has helped with my TMJ pain that had caused headaches. I highly recommend this dental care team. Also my husband was seen for the first time today and was very impressed with the kindness, caring and gentleness.

My family and I have been going to this location for a while now and I will be continuing to go. The environment is clean and welcoming, the staff are friendly and you never leave dissapointed. For over ten years I have gone to this dentist and I have had no problems. If you want a reliable group of people to help you this is the place to go!

Good experience here. Very genuine people. Good vibe throughout the environment. Everyone's friendly. Everyone made it very comfortable and are easy to talk to. They make things clear on how you're teeth are doing and address any concerns of any type. I scheduled an appointment for my 1 year old next. 😊 Very satisfied. Been coming back.

Very impressed from my first contact with Dr. Nguyen's office. Staff is always pleasant and so very helpful with any questions that arise. The procedure for getting new dentures was non problematic and completed with no discomfort whatsoever. My thanks to Dr. Nguyen for my great new smile.
