I ordered the wrong type of guitar key, I spoke to Kim who helped me get the right key, she then sent the new key the same day. I highly recommend this business! The customer service is exemplary, I will shop here again. Thank you again so much Kim.

I ordered a battery for my husband's old LG flip phone. The first battery didn't work but I called and spoke with Kim and she was just lovely to work with. She sent a replacement battery--it worked great! So, the customer service was definitely 5-stars and I will absolutely use Accessory City again!

Great people very polite and patience. One young man must if spent a half hour with me walking me through the process of operating my phone. I'm old school never learned a- z some of the joys of having a cell phone other than 911 and Family and Friend's contacts. Lucky for me no one came in until I got how to not lock myself out of it. They fulfilled my order that I made through Wal-Mart and did a fine job. Prompt (not super-speedy) delivery of a good product, with good (ENGLISH!) documentation. Clear instructions for support as well. I would definitely order through them again.
