Love the beautiful colors and island clothing. Karen is a friendly, knowledgeable and attentive (yet not pushy) salesperson. It was a fun shopping trip!

Perfect guest service even though their promotion was hectic. The employees were all helpful and I thought they were being too nice to me. I was greeted naturally and not forced, it wasn't immediate but it felt more like a conversation. for those who complain about the price and having bad clothes from here, I'm sorry you don't know how good long lasting clothes look, and I'm sorry you don't know how to read laundry instructions. (Don't give the workers here a hard time about your return without receipt of the items I personally saw sold at nordstroms, and stop insisting it's from their store! I waited in line to purchase my Pink Linen Shirt and Off White Linen Pants and multi coloured leather brown belt for way too long because of that customer! If the return policy had gotten a bit stricter and the "customer is always right" more lenient, the 7 person line in this small store would shrink. Other than that, the retail associates assisted me right away, gave me washing instructions, gave me a thank you card upon exit, recieved a water bottle for me and my wife. (It was hot!) Made sure the price was right for me and on top of that, I never even knew I had a 50$ flip side card which he personally went out of his way to find for me saving 50$! Not to mention I got 100$ back for my purchase to redeem another time!?! This is the best service and company ever. Please expect my wardrobe to look like your store.
