Loveland Roofing was fantastic to work with throughout the process. we needed to get a total roof replacement on our 75 year old home (that still had its original wood shake). Noah completed our initial inspection and was so clear and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond to support us through the process. When it came to the working days Ezequiel was our on site project manager and was really easy to work with and kept us appraised of the work. The crew was tidy and did an amazing job, super respectful of our home. We are so happy with our new roof!

I had a tree fall into my home and tore part of my roofing from the ridge and side of the roof. Found Loveland had a great experience with a great company. They quickly made time to get out and inspect the roof and provide a quality estimate, professional communication to understand repairs and scheduling. Was able to repair in a timely schedule and did a great job matching and completing the job. Would definitely call again for another project.

I called Loveland to do a roofing inspection and they did a great job and provided options for all the items they found. The inspection was free and I had them also do the work and it was a great experience. They fixed tiles on the roof and took care of some dry rot. I would recommend them for anyone who wants an inspection or any roofing work done.

The initial free roof inspection with Eric was thorough with photographs showing all the concerns. Eric was always available to answer any questions that I had. On the day of the repairs, Diego arrived on time, answered any questions or concerns that I had, worked hard throughout the day and did a fantastic job! For any future roofing needs, I will be requesting Diego to come back and work on our home. When everything was done, they provided follow-up photography to show that all the work had been completed. Loveland Roofing just completed a project for me for which another local roofer wanted to charge three times what Loveland Roofing charged. Very happy with outcome and would highly recommend. Work was done on time. They were actually able to start sooner than we were originally thinking. The crew was professional and I never felt they were disruptive (besides expected noise of nail guns, etc). They made sure everything was cleaned up everyday. Glad to have that project out of the way and not have to worry about next storm coming through.

I had a weird roof leak situation and was having trouble finding companies to come give me estimates and actually follow through, then happened to see a purple Loveland Roofing van while driving. I’m so glad I called them, they were able to come give me a very detailed and greatly explained estimate as well as offering a continued maintenance plan, which I am thrilled about. They were professional, expeditious (the work is completed already,) friendly, and really easy to work with. Highly, highly recommend!

I am impressed with the excellent service Loveland Roofing. The estimator and installer were very professional. All of my questions were answered before the installation. The installation time was shorter than other roofing companies said and was a more reasonable price. Tovyn did not try to increase his sale by having me get more fixed than was needed. Loveland roofing was fantastic to work with. My wife needed to get our grandmothers roof done in a hurry to satisfy insurance requirements. Zeke and Noah were so helpful through the whole process, including helping with the county inspections and permits. Loveland roofing did repairs on our roof when we purchased in Roseville last summer. Had them perform a smaller repair on another area of the roof today that just started to leak and Kyle did a great job. Pleased with the service we received from them, from estimate to repair. They took the time to explain in detail with pictures what repairs were needed, the process they used to make the repairs, and the finished product.

In the aftermath of a recent major storm, a substantial portion of our roof was torn away. Seeking estimates, we reached out to multiple roofing companies. Loveland roofing emerged as the epitome of professionalism, offering clear explanations of the process, financing options, a tangible demonstration of our roof's issues, and a comprehensive solution. Their approach is refreshingly honest, with pricing that is both reasonable and competitive within the industry. I wholeheartedly award them 5 stars and would reccomend them for anyone in need of roofing services.

We were very impressed with your crew’s both in the removal,preparation of old roof,and the care and preparation for new one.The foreman on both crews were very professional and informative,as were the crew members. Loveland was great. Our roof repair initially didn’t go so well. The roof was still leaking after our initial repair. Loveland honored their warranty and continued to work on our roof repair until the leak was fixed. I appreciate a business that does what they say, finishes what they start, and when they make a mistake, they own it and fix it. That was our experience with Loveland and we will hire them going forward for all our roof work.

We have used Mike Loveland and Loveland roofing for years. It was easy and quick to get someone out. The inspector clearly communicated what we needed and repairs were done just as we expected. We would glady use and recommend Loveland Roofing.

We had a good experience with Loveland Roofing. They conducted a free inspection when we were buying our house and found a few minor things (e.g., a few cracked tiles, etc.). After we purchased the house, we had them provide a quote for gutter guards and ended up deciding to just have them make the minor repairs. Our inspector and the individual who repaired the roof (I was told they are always different people) were professional, arrived on time and as far as I can tell, did a good job (it's only been a few days, so time will tell). They also have a fairly formal contract for signature and have some type of software that sends digital forms and reports, which is helpful. The music while on wait on the phone was also funny and entertaining (something about how peaceful it is up on the roof).

The only negative is communication from the office could be improved. For example, I reached out to the inspector several times by email but was ignored - only to later learn that I would need to call the office directly. After I signed the contract, nobody reached out to me, so I reached out to the office about scheduling, and they told me I was in their queue and they would reach out when they were ready to schedule me. They did, and it worked out, but it undercut an overall otherwise positive customer experience.

They also offer $20 off for writing a review. They don't specify that it has to be a positive review to get the discount, but I appreciate full disclosure.

Side note: There is a 4% fee if you use a credit card and payment is due within 3 days of service.

When finished with the work, he thoroughly explained the services and repairs that he completed on our home. We highly recommend Loveland Roofing, Inc.
