Holiday Inn Express in Roseville is like finding a hidden gem that's surprisingly close to everything. Staying here felt like being the first to unwrap a gift – everything was so new and clean!

The staff were friendlier than your favorite barista, making our one-night stay feel like a VIP experience. They were helpful, cheerful, and made check-in a breeze.

And the breakfast? It's like they stole my grandma's secret recipes – delicious, hearty, and the perfect start to the day. The room's cleanliness deserves a special shout-out; it was so spotless, I was half-tempted to walk around in bubble wrap.

Location is the icing on the cake – close enough to the local scene to make exploring a walk in the park. If you're in Roseville and need a cozy, clean, and friendly place to crash, this is it. Just be warned, it might set your cleanliness standards way too high!

Very nice and clean. They have very comfortable beds and lots of room to move around. The staff are nice and the house cleaning is good. They have a lot of parking and disabled parking in the front. The pool is nice and clean. They have a great breakfast the next morning that opens early. The only thing I would recommend is that you check the prices before booking a room. There's a big difference between other areas around town.

This is the only hotel that we stay in when visiting Sacramento area it's clean it's secure you have free laundry nice pool out back. Close to restaurants you could even walk across the street to a nice Mexican restaurant gas station with beer and wine. Great location. Not far from I-80. You have lots to do for the kids with water park in the summer and miniature golf.

Clean, fresh and fairly new property, with moderate rates. Good location. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

This was perfect for our overnight, I have two big kids but the room option with king size bed and a small side room with a bunk bed was perfect for the three of us without being too expensive and still providing some level of privacy.

Definitely when I come visit my sister up this way, this will be the perfect option for us. The breakfast was also quite good with lots of options and hot food as well, and a number of juices.

The staff was very accommodating when we needed to find some late night milk for my son, they were very willing to be helpful. They were also quite helpful in making our check out easier.

Because of this great king size and bunk bed room option, I'll definitely be looking out for this option at this location and other holiday Inn express locations.

I travel to this area fairly often for work and this is my favorite hotel (and there are a lot of hotels here!). The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. They have Dove products in the shower and even makeup wipes by the sink. I also love the climate control - so easy to use and you can either operate via the unit itself or the digital control on the wall. Great blackout curtains and the rooms are quiet. There's a solid little gym with good equipment. The free breakfast is really good - tons of options including omelettes, biscuits, gravy, fresh pastries, fruit, oatmeal, etc. They have real coffee creamer for the coffee which is amazing! Just a great hotel overall, it's my go-to in the area.

Absolutely love this place. Left my lucky hat of 20 years when I left town and tried to call them to recover. Cancelled my flight back to Germany due to being unable to contact the hotel from a simple phone call. Referred family to have them go to the hotel and check in with staff. Discovered that cleaning crew needed to check. Hours later found the hat. Thanks so much to the team for not stealing from me!

I haven’t even finished my stay and I am really enjoying the staff and room! Chas is absolutely AMAZING and sooo sooo sweet! She really went above and beyond since my first call here to check in! She is made for hotel management! The room is nice and roomy and very clean! I will probably come back with my family just because of her hospitality, her and the rest of the staff!!

My Boyfriend and I usually spend at least 1 night every week at the Holiday Inn hotel, and everything time Heather from the reception welcome us with the most amazing smile and is always extremely helpful, I can’t forget to mentioned Aurora, who is responsible for the breakfast in the morning, who is always happy and the service is impeccable. We are very satisfied with the rooms and all the staff that work there, you guys are amazing, thank you for making our staying there so enjoyable. One of the best hotels in the area!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we checked into our room, we discovered our toilet wasn't working. An employee came by within 5 minutes to help see if she could fix it. I suggested it sounded like the tank was empty. She had to call someone to help walk her through the fix, but she got it done! I never got her name, but she was super sweet and helpful.

They have breakfast included, and I highly suggest taking advantage of it! They have various hot foods as well as pastries and breads. Juices and good drinks as well!! Multiple card access only doors make for easy entrance wherever you park!

This hotel is also located near tons of food! Highly recommend staying here if you need to be in the area for any reason.

Supper friendly staff! They had a unique situation where a major repair was needed for the hot water.
They clearly communicated what would be happening and when.
While I was not personally impacted from the situation, I heard from coworkers and staff, how the maintenance and repairs were completed sooner than anticipated and with far less impact to the guests, than anticipated.
(Props to the contractors who fixed the aforementioned situation)
A few other benefits I found:
It was cleaner than most places I've stayed. (I spent 261 nights in hotels in 2021, if that means anything).
Conveniently located in close proximity to a wide variety if shopping, dining and entertainment establishments, all this and only 30 minutes from the Sacramento Airport.
The continental breakfast is well set up. Food was always, tasty, fresh and the serving area clean.
Definitely wouldn't would Stat here again.

Great location - near shops and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and a comfortable bed… I would definitely choose to stay here again!

First, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was perfect for my training and in great proximity to great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh made cinnamon rolls, YUM!!! I did have an issue with leaving some clothing behind. I spoke with a Front Desk employee, Michaela, and she mentioned to the House Keeping staff about my missing clothes. I was told no one found anything when they cleaned. Obviously I was a little frustrated because I know exactly what I left and where I left them. But it is what it is right?!? I voiced my disappointment and let it be known. An hour later, Michaela called me back to informed me that she went another route in order to find my clothes and she was able to contact a staff member that had worked yesterday but not today. The clothes were on an unused cart. Mystery solved! Michaela deserves praise for her determination to assist me and get my clothes to me. I am so thankful for her and the staff of this property. Keep up the great work! I WILL stay here again and it is highly recommended you do the same!!

We love this Holiday Inn for its super friendly staff and breakfast that starts @6 am on the weekend. Alex, Lisandro (sorry, should have written down correct spelling) and many more were/are very helpful.

Coming from Los Angeles and stayed here five days, not once did my wife complain!! She loved her stay, and as its said, happy wife happy life. Although there were renovation going on but didn't bother us. Looking really nice, very comfortable beds, clean environment. Lovely and wonderful staff. Greetings every morning, afternoon, and evenings. Child friendly. Breakfast every day, can't start the day without my coffee which was provided for us every morning. Delia attended our maintenance, she was very nice and friendly to each and every one of us, job always well done. Very kind and respectful to my two boys and my wife. Very glad to have stayed here, looking forward to another stay later in the future. Thank you.

Stayed the night on 5/18. We got into town early after driving all day from San Diego for a funeral. I went in and spoke to AGM Shane about possibly checking in early. Shane was able to accommodate my request and I was able to get a nap in before events of the day. It really helped me out and I appreciate the customer service.

We had a reservation for today through the weekend for Christmas. we woke up this morning and our toddler was not feeling well and could not keep any food or liquids down. We felt it wasn't appropriate to now bring him to a hotel to the current circumstances and health guidelines. we called to cancel the reservation and we're told that we would have to pay for a night because it was so short notice. I explained the circumstances and hope that they would give us a break because it was a health issue. I expressed we would love to be able to stay there but we want to be respectful of the guidelines. I spoke to the front desk person who had me speak to the manager and then the manager said they would call the district manager and give me a call back. The front desk person called back and said they would cancel our reservation with no charges and they hoped that our son would feel better. This means a lot to us right now and it's nice to see that businesses, even bigger corporations can still take care of people. We hope to stay here again in the future and are very happy with the customer service.

Love the hotel and its location to many attractions. For our mini vacation for spring break. I stayed in the king bed with kids suite for my kid. The staff is friends and housekeeping staff was very helpful. When ever i need a getaway with family we will always choose this hotel because of the suite and friendly staff.

Very clean, very quiet. Stayed in the family suite which is amazing! Kids have their own area out of sight from parents bed with bunk beds, bean bagchairs, games, books, own TV! Parents can watch TV after kids go to bed without disturbing them! Great pool and fitness center. Breakfast was above and beyond with fruit, eggs, sausage, pancakes, sweet rolls, more than just a basic hotel breakfast, and its included! Its on the corner of a busy street but we didn't hear any traffic! The beds also were VERY comfortable (especially being 8 months pregnant) we slept beautifully!! Lastly, it's just a short walk to restaurants and the water park. Will definitely return!!

The Front desk was very accommodating for my urgent early check in. As an IHG member I can honestly say this group of front desk employees have been the BEST in providing customer care.
Upon check in the clerk was very helpful, and even jumped right in to help me connect to Wi-Fi for an urgent work presentation.. I am very pleased with my whole experience and stay. Just an amazing group of front desk staff!!!
