The UPS Store

We received excellent customer service from Nikki, the lady who helped us. We were at the UPS Store to ship a large, unboxed birthday present to Massachusetts. The UPS Store securely packs any/all items you want to ship, so you don’t have to worry about boxes or packing material. This particular UPS store is conveniently located and there is plenty of parking.

Went in to get a document notarized. Julie helped us. She was very nice and helpful. She did a quick job of it and helped with sending it off. We highly recommend this UPS Store and especially Julie!!

Owen had amazing customer service, he helped carry my heavy package into the store and assisted me patiently the entire process. Definitely recommend going to this ups store for any returns or labeling.

Julie was great to work with! Had a great experience with the transaction! Had to do my Live Scan again and Nikki was so amazing and went the extra mile to make sure my fingerprints were legible.

I stopped by today to drop off a package it’s my first time shipping something out from ups I was a little nervous at first since I wasn’t sure what I need to do but BRI WAS Very helpful make my experience at this location pleasant and she will be the reason I will be returning. I had to ship a lot of heavy expensive books. Aaris and Julie were very helpful and sweet! They helped with the wrapping and boxing and printing my label even though i had to give it to usps they said they would handle it for me. Wonderful customer service and it was quick, definitely recommend👍

The entire team at the UPS store in Roseville is super helpful and they really are experts when it comes to shipping/returns & tracking. They have multiple notary public’s on staff which is fantastic if you need one right away. Usually a business is a direct reflection of the business owners core values and training and after meeting the owner a few times, I understand why they are so successful at this location. They def deserve 5 stars and I highly recommend them.

I have been using this store for a few years , and have a PMB to receive parts and supplies for work. It has become my office away from home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Erin and Christine always greet me with a smile. The parking lot at this center can be busy and difficult to manage sometimes.
