This place is awesome! Food is always on point. Service is always amazing. The patio is the best place to sit. One of my favorite stops whenever I’m in town!

Love Friday nights at Las Casuelas. Great food, great music, and feels like everyone knows each other. Perhaps be ause so many of us know The Myx.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the restaurant, and the food. I have been looking for good enchiladas 😋 and I found them . Great service. We will make Casuelas Cafe one of our regular restaurants.

We were in the area from the disappointment of the Community Easter egg hunt and were in the mood for Mexican. This was absolutely perfect,delicious, spot hitting, and for me, it tasted authentic. My daughter LOVED the rice. She ate all mine and her father's. I usually can't finish food, but I ate it all. The 27 oz. margarita (grande) was amazing.

We love coming here because there’s plenty of room the food is great and there’s also some entertainment on the weekends. There is plenty of parking at the back and there’s never a problem with the size of your booking. The salsa and the chips are fantastic, and the servings are very generous.

Very fun place,I met the Bride &12 bridesmaids there, I'm 13th.. we had a blast with their wonderful band til it closed.

The food is delicious & fresh. And everyone's soo nice.

I will say this it started out very good, the courteous and quick staff aim to please. It was very hot outside though and eventually we discovered the patio misters and fans were not very effective.
Then comes the food. The menu was typical but rather pricey compared to other mexican restaurants. We decided to savor the enchaladas and tacos. I must say the enchaladas were nearly the best—-if not the BEST —- we have ever had. The tacos were also delightful but not as exceptional as the enchaladas. Unlike the main course, the trimming rice and beans seemed rather dry and tasteless. There was also too much cheese... very thick and just too much.
One area of disappointment was a decline in the service quality toward the end of our meal. Apparently they all went on break at the same time. Everyone needs a break, but maybe stagger them so service is maintained.
Would we go back? Maybe, but probably not. Dropping $60 on mexican food that is partly delicious and partly average is not same thing that we are likely to do again.

This is our go to place in PD. We love the staff, the live music, the food and (of course) the margaritas. The patio is huge and has misters. They truly make you feel like family.

I came here for a work Christmas party, we had the room facing the outdoor patio area and it accommodated 20 people, we had our own waiter who was wonderful, food was served fairly quickly and never had to ask for refills. The food was good, they give you a big plate (I couldn't finish it) Thank you Casuelas for allowing us to have our Christmas party at your restaurant, I definitely will come back to enjoy dinner again with you.

Portions are way big. Turned it into 4 meals. . . So far. Still not gone. And beware of the Cadillac margarita. It has a real kick.

Had a wonderful lunch at Casuela’s Cafe upon our arrival in Palm Desert. The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the portions were quite generous. My wife and I shared a combination plate and it was more than filling! All the food was terrific, but I need to give a shout-out to the chili relleno! Top notch! Also, great location just a block away from the Paseo shopping area…

Love this place.. We only get to go when we're in the desert. But food is always good and the margaritas are always strong 😀

Casuelas Cafe is honestly a vibe. Great food and music, and a place for dancing. Margaritas are huge and worth the price. I came here about a year ago with family and I have to say that since then, it is a to-go spot every time we visit palm desert. Highly recommend eating outside at night - the music, cooler air, and people make the atmosphere charming.

It was my first time at this Casuelas Cafe but I've been to the other the other two Las casuelas In palm springs many times over the years really good Mexican food probably my favorite places to have Mexican food 😋

This place was awesome and the portions were huge! The live music was fun, the chips and salsa were flowing, and the evening was excellent. We had the 4 selection combo and I would highly recommend the shredded beef tacos. Our server was extremely friendly and kept the chips and salsa and refills coming. Had a fantastic evening and will certainly be going back. 12/10.
