Driver fell asleep was late picking me up
Asked me several times to cancel my dialysis because he was too tired to drive me.
He was late taking me to surgery because he was sleeping...
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I tried to send the following e-mail to their corporate e-mail however, their generic looking website states that there was an error and the e-mail was unable to send! Here is what I was trying to send to them:

To whom this may concern:
It would be a great disservice to your organization and your patients if I did not take some time out of my day to report an incident I had with one of your driver's yesterday on May 15th at about 1:50 P.M.
My wife and I were heading southbound on the Capital City Freeway when one of your driver’s suddenly swerved left out of his lane onto my own, nearly colliding with my vehicle by mere inches! While in disbelief that I was able to avoid a collision on a freeway, I slowed down and tried to obtain the driver’s license plate information. As he pulled up alongside my vehicle, he gave me a look as though it was my fault that we almost collided. While he was looking at me, and not at the road in front of him, he nearly collided with yet another vehicle in front of him before swerving left!
In retrospect, your driver displayed behavior of being intoxicated, swerving in and out of traffic at high speeds. This driver has the potential of becoming a huge liability to your company! I pray that a patient was not in the vehicle with your driver at the time this incident transpired and hope that you take this e-mail seriously!

I wouldnt trust this company to drive ANY of my loved ones anywhere if the encounter I had with one of their vans today was any indication. One of their vans merged into my lane abruptly today on 65th street just past Stockton Blvd with the licence plate # 6TYP758. I would STRONGLY recommend anyone needing medical transport to look into any other company but this one! The driver didnt even seem to care as he was speeding as well.
