A great car buying experience! I had spoken to a few dealerships prior and they ALL wanted to waste my time with their car salesman tactics of not being able to give me any info or numbers to make a decision and needing me to come in so I can sit there for hours while they did their thing. Who has that kind of time?!

With RCC, I applied online, Jose gave me a call in a matter of an hour or two, gave me payment scenarios for the car I was interested in, I spoke to my wife, and was at the dealership the next day to make the purchase.

Jose was great! No hassle, no pressure, and was very friendly along with meeting Frank who was very nice as well. They worked with me and we were in and out with the car purchase in less than an hour.

I did had one minor issue with an interior light which Jose said to just bring it in and they'll take care of it. I brought it in, and they fixed it in less than 5 min. Even better, Jose ended up following up a day or two later and had gotten me a loan with a better rate and lower payments. Now that's going above and beyond!

Recently bought an 06 Chevy Trailblazer from them. Let me tell you, if I’m giving a 5 star rating it’s WELL deserved. Not only was it a more than fair price (actually fantastic) but the manager(Jose) and owner (Frank)both went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. Full tank of gas was only one of the extras I received. I even got recommendations for some home remodeling I am planning ( I’m new to area and asked) if you want to be treated well and have an unusually great car buying experience GO HERE !!!!!!

Great experience got the price I wanted and they smoothed over a couple issues I had no questions asked that I know they did not have to. Just overall a great car buying experience.

My boyfriend is collector of Volvos and we have been looking for a Volvo wagon for fishing trips. We found one at RCC online We live in Az and we were a little leary, however Jose made it easy and stress free for us to get that perfect car. They had the complete car-fax, the price was reasonable and he answered all our questions and gave us all the info we needed. Jose even saved him money by picking him up from the Airport so that he did not have to rent a car to drive 25 miles to the lot. Thank you Jose for taking great care of him and helping us get the car we have been wanting for a while. Cannot wait to take the car out on our first fishing trip of the season. Frank and Jose were great, both very helpful. They did a great job financing the vehicle I wanted and completing the transaction. Their selection looked to be varied in a good way. We had our eye on one vehicle in particular and drove up from the Fresno area to get it. Great price, vehicle was in perfect shape and they were able to answer all my questions about it. Overall, 5 star for my wife and me, we would feel comfortable going back again, highly recommend for your next used car.

Went here with a friend. She didn't get the car, but everyone here is super nice and bend over backwards to try to help get you in the car of your choice. They are still looking for a perfect fit for her, so I'm sure she'll get the perfect car for her.

My daughter bought her 2015 Chevrolet Trax from here in 2018. It was an amazing vehicle with no issues and I came here with her when the owner fixed a tire for her. They were so welcoming and sincere in all interactions we had with them.

Fast forward a couple years and my 18 year old needed a new car. So of course, I remember Roseville Car Connection and the way they treated my daughter. We went to the lot to look at cars and my son found a 2018 Ford Focus with low miles and it was perfect for him. They helped him get financing and the entire sales process was fast and hassle free.

Now it's 2022... I now needed a car that was reliable. My 2017 Chevy Silverado I bought new from Folsom Chevrolet, decided to breakdown with major engine issues after 119k miles and right when the warranty expired.

To say the least I was stressed out and remembered ROSEVILLE CAR CONNECTION. I was met with the same friendly salesman and owner as soon as I arrived. I found the perfect vehicle 2008 INFINITY M35 with all maintenance records and 90k miles.

They worked with me and waited for my father to send them the check for the balance owed. Even though they had the check mailed to them I was given the car without to delay so I could keep my work schedule.

awesome people to work with. Frank and Jose not at once I felt been pressure about purshasing a car there. Even know the bank was closed that day they were able to give me the car I wanted 2006 3 series 300ci beautiful car. They took a chance not having a respond from the bank till the next day but I already had signed the paper. I will recommend this place any day. I need it a spare key and Frank the owner told me that he had already order one from EBAY to come by the shop when arrived and they will program it for me no charge. What a welcome and awesome experience there. Thank you guys. No problem returning to this place. 😃

Great place to buy a car , fair prices and no pressure.

We walked into this place hoping to find an economic car for long commutes to and from work. The salesman were not pushy and very helpful. They were able to get us into a great Honda Insight for a good price. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. Thank you gentlemen for a painless and smooth car buying experience.

The whole experience was very nice. I drove from SF to look at the BMW (that I ended up buying) and experienced a very chill, no-pressure attitude of Jose. I felt assured that I am buying a quality vehicle, but without any sales pitches. Very nice. Strongly recommend to anybody!

I was working with a small budget. My expectations had been dwindled by terrible dealer interactions/experiences, hundreds of searches for vehicles on the web, vehicles that were just burdened with problems upon test drive and/or inspection. Not to mention way overpriced everywhere I looked!
