Wendi helped my husband and I get everything updated today at our yearly check in. She was very helpful and answered our millions of questions. Wendi is the best! Duane is great too. He is always there if we ever have any questions or want any changes. I highly recommend this location they really care for their customers.

Jared at State Farm has always been so helpful. I love State Farm they’ve been my insurance company for a long time I would not trade them for the world anything I need I call I ask and they’re very attentive to my needs and any question I have no matter what it may be, I always feel like everything His answered in a way I understand.
Today I must’ve called 20 times that office and Jared helped. Every time I changed my policy around added deleted everything and it was still so professional and I was treated me so kind. I love this company, and I will never change

I want to say for the years I have been with State Farm (Duane's office) I have not problem had any helping me on any situation or questions I have. Now let me preface this with the following: I have had multiple issues come up during my time being insured with State Farm...and this office and staff is the ONLY reason I have stuck with State Farm as my insurer!!! The agent Duane is great, a real family man that puts your needs, and the needs of your loved ones first!!!

Now...Ms. CARLA is Duane's office manager, and she is absolutely wonderful!!! Her voice is so calming when you call in a panic wondering IF your covered, and she is ALWAYS able to help! Anytime I have an issue with payment, coverage, or just need updated ID cars for a vehicle...she's always got my back! The best part is her interactions don't feel like a transaction!! She is always there for advice, asking how the family is doing, or just a quick and pleasant conversation.

To summarize: Duane is great people...and Carla, quite simply you are ELITE!!! Thank you both for all you do for myself, and my family.

Wendi was my representative I worked with and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was switching from a terrible insurance to State Farm and the difference in service is night and day! I am a recently new homeowner so there is a lot of overwhelming paperwork for me to sift through, and Wendi helped me through all of it to find the information she needed to get a new policy started. I greatly appreciated her help!

I have been with State Farm since, forever. Specifically Duane Pascua. My family had insurance through them when I was a kid and I continued with them throughout my adult life. They are always there when I have a problem. They can answer any and all questions I have. They follow up on my claims, even though it’s not necessarily their job to do so. If I have a problem with a claim, I can call them and it will get solved quickly. They know my children’s names and ask about them whenever we talk on the phone. They treat us like family. Duane’s office staff is amazing and so is he. I would recommend him for any person who is looking for good representation for their insurance needs. They are simply the best.

I can Always count on the staff to be respectful and responsive to our families needs. My Dad bought me a life policy way back in the old days and when I got married in 92 he decided i could take care of it . it was already paid for and I never gave it much thought. I had it transferred to some SF agent here in NorCal and tried a couple of times to get auto and home quotes. He was rude so I did some hunting and found Duane and his office close to home. They ARE THE BEST! I have auto/home and life now for my wife, myself, my daughter and grandson. Best service, price, and respect ever.I have never had that in one place. 10*'s!!!!
