JINYA Ramen Bar - Eastvale

My family and I just went to Jinya for lunch, and it was AMAZING! Being vegan, it is not easy finding ramen restaurant that offers vegan ramen, especially more than one type of vegan ramen, and Jinya has 3! On top of that they have so many vegan appetizers, it's crazy!
We started with the impossible gyoza and impossible tacos, both were SO good - the tacos are made with wonton skins - they are pretty small but so delicious, and you'll have plenty of room for the ramen. The impossible gyoza was also amazing and I highly recommend.

Another reviewer said the ramen portion was small, but I have to disagree. Even though the bowls are a bit smaller than many traditional ramen shops, the amount of ramen in the bowl appears to be pretty standard - tons of curly, chewy noodles, and plenty of veggies, tofu, and condiments.

We tried all 3 vegan ramen options and all were great, but if I had to choose I would pick the vegan red fire opal - the broth was super awesome and the bamboo shoots were so good!
If you are vegan or just want to try something different you should give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

What a great place! Hidden Gem. Once you walk inside, you are welcomed to a cozy, clean , and happening Ramen Restaurant. The service was friendly and top-notch. They have a full bar, and the food was great. I got the Jinya Chicken Ramen Spicy and I would definitely order that again. The chicken was tender, ramen perfectly cooked, and soup was perfectly flavorful and spiced to perfection.

We love Jinya! Haven't been since we left Oklahoma, so got excited to stop by this location. The chicken ramen and spicy chicken ramen are my favorite choices, and I love to add a seasoned egg. 😋 This location was very clean and we had a great visit.

First timers. Was definitely good! Andrew, our server, was very helpful and assisted us with our choices. Not too pricey either.

Not sure why this place has no reviews, it's been open a year! Popular ramen franchise across the country, I've had them in several Texas locations and now CA which I believe is the home location. They are consistent in quality and flavor across locations. They are Very friendly to vegans, with their broth even being vegan where many vegetable ramen may still use beef bone broth. They also carry a delightful gluten free noodle option, and an entire gluten free ramen bowl; although note there is risk of cross contamination as they don't prevent contact with gluten containing items or surfaces. I have celiacs and had no issues but it's an eat at your own risk affair. Still happy to have a gluten free ramen option. They have a delicious guava cider from Ace on tap too!

My boyfriend and I had some Ramen this passed weekend and it was one of the best things we’ve EVERRRR had! We love the atmosphere, very relaxing and the server checked on us constantly! The wait time was also not very long considering it was quite busy !

This place is absolutely awesome. I don’t even like vegetarian food but the impossible tacos are amazing.

Talk about flavor the best ramen ive ever tried i thought it was going to be plane and no flavor but to my surprise it was deliciously perfect plus there spicy chili is amazing highly recommend it worth the price get the premium red tokunso one is the best

Love the atmosphere and their ramen is the best! Staff is very friendly, I love to sit by the bar and have my favorite drink before enjoying a meal. :)

Jinya is located in the corner of the ralphs shopping center next to Pita Street. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

Normally like ramen but not broth but the soup here has a great depth of flavor.

Our go to Ramen east of the 71 freeway! Not Japanese owned and operated but very good nevertheless. We get the Tonkotsu black. It had a lot of flavored and well presented. The takoyaki is very good. I highly recommend Jinya!

Went for my boss's birthday and had lunch. Food was great, had Ramen. Loved the cold Sake.

Closest thing to an authentic Tokyo ramen bar I have found in the US. The ramen was great, awesome service and atmosphere that was loud, lively and fun. Highly recommended.

They were great I took my fiancée for her Birthday they were more then gracious, they gave her a wonderful dessert for her birthday which was a great finish to a lovely evening.

Great atmosphere, good food.
