SpringHill Suites by Marriott Auburn

Really nice location with peaceful vibe. The breakfast was the thing that stood out the most. Cathy was an amazing breakfast employee- super nice and making sure my 3 children and I were all served & accommodated with a highchair, fruit bowls and whatnot. Really loved that the hot breakfast was separated out and only the employee can serve that to people. Super clean breakfast bar, definitely recommend to always grab it when you stay here

I left my wedding band in the hotel room. I realized a few hours later, called the hotel, they had my ring in their safe. I picked it up a few days later on my way back down to SF. I was impressed it was not stolen! Manager assured me that would never happen at the hotel.
Hotel is new, nice and good value for the hotel category.

Springhill was amazing for our wedding guests all weekend. Rooms are super nice, great breakfast, super accommodating staff, especially the event coordinator! They were able to work with all our requests and last minute changes. Thank you so much springhill suites in auburn!

Only downside was the awkward location of the TV in the room. Id recommend putting a 2nd TV. One Infront of beds and one in the living area. Other than that it's awesome and id definitely stay again anytime I'm in the area. Breakfast was very yummy, outside area is nice, staff friendly, shower nice and strong. Also a plus, they actually left a toothbrush, toothpaste , and small vanity kit with mouthwash in the bathroom already instead of having to go downstairs in case we needed it. It's the little things sometimes!

The hotel was pretty good. Our room had two beds, a couch with a pullout mattress beneath it, and a TV. It also had a large window and closet. The only con is that it doesn’t have a main room light, only a few smaller ones.

We ate breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious and served to you by staff. The manager was a friendly man who walked around during breakfast to greet all of the guests personally.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was also close to a ski resort.

We enjoyed the 2023/24 NYE party. This was the best dance/food/drink venue my husband and I have been to in years! The dance floor was full every song! We danced almost every song.... had to take a couple of breaks. The food was wonderful. The service to outstanding and the BAND was FABULOUS!!! If they play next year, we are bringing friends!!!!! We were too busy to take any pictures.... but we had a ball!!!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Tom, Brooke, and everyone working here are professional, helpful, and courteous. The room was perfect, and the breakfast was solid. The 24 hr. coffee station was very helpful. Am so coming back to stay here on my next visit to Auburn.

Comfortable and large rooms. Quiet hotel. It’s convent to the freeway. There are a couple of restaurants about a mile away.

Great stay! All of the staff were outstanding and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Carrie and David were especially helpful with providing a hose for me to water my horses and dog. The general manager was very nice as well and accommodating! I will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Nice lounge, bar, pool, hot tub, and gym. Lounge was stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a large fireplace. Staff was extremely nice, allowing the kids to hang out at the hot tub after closing if they kept quiet. They helped carry our luggage, check us in early, and provided two large bags of pool towels without us asking. Room was large, sleeping 5 comfortably, clean, and all the amenities, with a large closet, sleeping lights, and plenty of charging ports.

We rented a conference room for a training and it was great! Tiffany and Melissa took good care of us along with the rest of the staff while we were there. We used the boardroom and they have a larger sized TV and the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in. We will be back for our next event. Thanks again!

Melisa and her staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating for my family and I and our extended family the Jewish community of Auburn. The facilities were beautiful and Melisa went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of for us. We and the Chabad of Auburn community can't thank her enough for everything she did to make our Rosh Hashanah celebration so special.

I stayed at this hotel on May 17th and the hotel was absolutely elegant and pristine! Every one of the staff I encountered was extremely helpful and cheerful. I was especially impressed by Kathy and Yolanda who prepared the breakfast. They were extremely helpful and it delight to talk with. Very highly impressed with this hotel!

Best hotel in Auburn!!! Our rooms are very nice and perfectly cleaned for us. The staff goes above and beyond. They have wine nights and also bring in a wood fired pizza.

The manager, Melissa, actually took it upon herself to offer us a ride to dinner when there were no Ubers available and actually picked us up as well!!!! If she wasn’t so happy working for Marriott, I would hire her myself for my own company.

My husband and I stayed here for his brother's wedding and what was even more amazing than the room, was the customer service. Diego at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. He was kind, professional, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you, Diego!

Staff went above and beyond- best service we’ve received at a hotel in a long time- Desiree (Front Manager) and Norm (Maintenance) were very forthcoming and helpful with information about the area. Norm and the hotel shuttle service were amazing. Nice facility and patio/pool area.

If you are having a family reunion, wedding, get together, birthday or just need to get away this is the place to go. Hidden up on the hilltop. Under ground parking is awesome! The pool and spa with mountain views are just what you need after long hot day. The service, staff, and amenities are amazing! Also the sunrises in morning are breath taking.

we were visiting from San Diego for wedding weekend. Absolutely outstanding service, super clean rooms, pool, elevator, garage..... well-organized , very good breakfast , very professional employees and not to forget the well done landscaping !!

This hotel is convenient to Highway 80 and new and has the most incredible views!!!! They have an ample, delicious breakfast. Recently they added an evening bistro with half-price wine and beer during happy hour!!!! Their flatbread pizzas are excellent!!! SO nice to not have to schlep out for food after a long day. (If you stay here for work.... which I recommend.) Karen and Marianne are so pleasant with excellent customer service!!! They will even check in on you out by the heated pool area. That area is where you can sip your wine, beer, soda, coffee....and take in the incredible view!!!! Hope you enjoy as much as I have (and will!!!)

Definitely the nicest Springhill Suites I've seen and/or stayed at. Rooms are very modern and spacious. Hotel lobby is very modern and has a large lounge and separate breakfast area. The views from here are also really great.
