The pharmacist was very good at explaining the medication to me. They got my prescription filled fast as well. At a time when I couldn't get it filled right away, they gave me 3 emergency pills. I am pleased with their customer service!

They've messed up my prescription twice

Infuriatingly difficult. I see my doctor there. She's great. Seen her for years. However, they are EXTREMELY tight on policies regarding prescriptions that are "controlled". I have to call the pharmacy to get a request sent over. The doctor never gets the request. It ends up being a week to 2 weeks before I can get it filled after calling numerous times between the office and the pharmacy. Finally after almost 2 weeks, I get a call that the prescription has been sent, but they only have a portion of it, and to fill the other 10 will require a second prescription from the doctor. I could have it sent somewhere else, but it cost twice as much if not more! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Staff is nice and prices are affordable but the process miserable and timeliness, unacceptable.

Terrible. The only pharmacy I've had to call monthly for a prescription. They tell me it will fill automatically, but never once did that happen. Stay away, unless this is your only choice.

The worst pharmacy.
Yhey received my prescription at 9am, whalen i came to pick up at 3 pm, they said thay don't have necessary medicine. Even more They didn't want to speak with me.

I called ahead to make sure my prescriptions were ready. I was told to be there at 3:45. At 4:15 they told me it won’t be ready until they close. Thanks for wasting the time I was desperately trying not to waste!

Incredibly incompetent and unorganized. Kept putting the call on hold for 30 minutes at a time and even when I got there in person, they still weren't ready. Kept giving timeframes concerning when the prescription would be ready and then repeatedly pushed back the time that it would be ready by (must have been AT LEAST five times). They would only mention the increased delay if someone (even the doctor) followed up with them by the time they were supposed to be ready. Kept giving conflicting information; said they were preparing the prescription and then when the timeframe they gave passed and they still weren't ready, a different pharmacist would say that they couldn't find anything about my prescription on my file and that it didn't exist. This went back and forth MULTIPLE TIMES. And all of this happened within the span of over 2 hours. There is something seriously wrong with the management of this pharmacy and I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism, lack of organization, and repeated delay at any other pharmacy. Avoid at all costs, if you can, and save yourself the grief and your time.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have every dealt with. Uncaring about their patients condescending when they speak to you. They are dishonest about wait times for no reason. And there is always some kind of issue when it comes to picking up medication or filling a prescription

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to. Who ever I dealt with today (Elderly looking, white lady) had a terrible attitude for no reason. Then talked to me as if I was illiterate, which I am absolutely not. Geesh, why can’t everyone just be nice to one another?
