Palm Desert Ace

Great ACE store. Staff is very kind and helpful. They have everything you need here and more. Large store with many aisles. There’s an outdoor parking area for ACE close to the store. There’s ample parking and handicapped spaces, as well. A very well maintained and wonderful store for all of your hardware needs and much more.

Some of the guys there---not all of them are helpful. Years ago their screws nuts bolts washers were more extensive. Now go to Lowe's or Home Depot if you want a bigger selection. What I like about aces they have real cashiers with real registers and not those stupid ridiculous self-checkout systems.

Way better than alternatives, can’t beat the inventory and staff! Love love love Ace Hardware stores and this one in particular! Still has that home town vibe!

Ace is done much better to be better competitive pricing over the years. Even though they are a bit higher than other chain stores, it's still a great place to go for quick purchases

This is a great small town hardware store well stocked with a friendly knowledgeable customer assistant staff.

I went in and immediately got what I came for which was in the back of the store. I was asked by three different workers if they could help me. I was in and out in 10 minutes if that long.

Cool selection of all types of things. A Little expensive for some things like ice chests, have to say. The employees arent super experienced handymen when it comes to technical home improvement advice, they're just really nice old people that work there. The place still has the small neighborhood hardware store feeling though and thats why I go here. They order anything they dont have in the store and it gets there fast.

Good service and excellent inventory of necessities

I never thought I could love a hardware store, but i love this one. They have always had helpful people strolling the aisles-if the person doesn't know the answer he gets it. The checkout people are always pleasant and helpful.

They have the best selection of a/c filters, as well as just about any size and type of battery in existence.

I'm a maintenance worker for my apartment complex just down the street from the store. I've never had any issues with staff or items I'm looking for, they are extremely knowledgeable & outgoing & help you make the right decisions on parts to get job done correctly. I went in for a part the other day that no store like Lowe's or home depot had & neither did ace but they went above & beyond & special ordered it for me when the other stores said they couldn't. It may be a little bit more pricey than other stores but I'd rather pay it because of the level of service. Great team guys, keep it up. Thank you.

I was taken notice of a fellow attempting to steal and they wouldn't let him get so much as an inch so that they could go to town on those miles. Very effective loss prevention. Thus incited resentment retention

This is a great little hardware shop. Clean and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help! It has become a staple in the community over the years. Definitely love going here compared to bigger hardware chains...

Cutest hardware store I've ever been in....very helpful store associate...rare these days....and best of all....I have been searching high and low for my favorite summer flip flops....and they had them hanging on the wall as I walked in the store!!! Very pleased!!

They had everything I needed and people were around to help. I had ordered something online to be delivered to the store and then remembered I needed many other things. It was great. Although it was hard to resist all the cute decorator items there too.

It is always a great place to finds the little things that you usually can't find anywhere else. The service is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy going there.

I always prefer to shop here because I can examine and feel the quality of the things I am buying. Can't trust the stuff I find on Amazon but the helpful people in the aisles and the night cashiers make this the better place for hardware.
