Yes, we see all kinds of ads and enticements to switch to other companies. But it's the reliable, super-consistent personal service -- every time -- that ensures our loyalty to both Reggie and State Farm. Reggie also is a 100% good guy with regard to his office staff they, too, are consistently reliable, know what they're doing and are good listeners, too. The result is that we don't have to explain things over and over. They 'get it' the first time. And they make us feel valued and appreciated even for our small amount of business. Last evening I emailed Reggie Johnson expressing an interest in renter’s insurance. To my surprise, Reggie promptly emailed me back wit information and pricing. Today, I dropped by his friendly comfortable office and signed up for a policy. His staff who worked with me was professional, cordial and accommodating.
