Fireside Pharmacy

So far so good! My local pharmacy closed out of the blue, it made me sad and a little panicky as they’ve been able to work really well with my traveling schedule. Fireside was very quick at getting my prescription over from another pharmacy, and fast at filling. I didn’t notice any rudeness at all when walking in, they just all looked busy working..maybe sometimes people confuse the two? Anyways, I only got smiles and swift service:) I refuse to go to big corporations so I am happy I found this place!

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy.... I mentioned it yesterday, after being a customer for many years, I suddenly became curious about who was doing the hiring...... year after year, everyone there is always so friendly and patient.... in person, on the phone, everyone there is kind, friendly and eager to help. Great customer service. I love this place. They even do deliveries. And they compound medication’s. Pretty unique.

I went early on Saturday and I was so impressed with the customer service. Even though they were busy, I bought my prescription in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this non-chain, locally owned pharmacy.

Best pharmacy in the Desert! When I called to put in a prescription for the first time the young lady I was speaking to on the phone was very helpful and so patient with me. She had a very unique name And when I went to pick up my prescription the Pharmacy was very clean and everyone greeted me. I felt very welcomed there. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

my daughter Susan needed a compounded thyroid supplement as there had been changes in the formulation of the dessicated thyroid hormone supplement she had taken for many years, so now she gets her thyroid supplement (with her physician's prescription) from Fireside Pharmacy -

also, normally we drive over to Fireside Pharmacy but during this pandemic, have asked them to deliver the prescriptions to us in Sun City Palm Desert, which they have done - so dependable and courteous!

I know it is New Years Eve, but why closed? Was going to pick up this morning but I guess Not! Received a text at 4.30 Thursday (and unable to pick up b4 closing) that the meds were ready and no mention of closing Friday and Saturday . Would have prefered to get at chain drug store if they only compounded. Bad business decision!
An update to the privious review. I received a call from the pharmacist who personally opened the store so I could get my prescription. That kind of dedication is worthy of five stars.

Fireside Pharmacy is a highly rated compounding pharmacy. If you need your meds adjusted to custom prescriptions (different doses than manufactured pills or even dye free) you have come to the right place! The friendly staff of professionals here will take great care of your needs at reasonable prices. Same for your furry friends. Check with them if you need a new route of administration or a customized dosage.

In all of my interactions, the customer-service here is off the charts. They're very friendly and responsive each time I've needed to call in. I had my last few orders shipped to me and it was so painless. I highly recommend them!

Very nice people. Quick, reliable to have your medication, knowledgable and caring to answer any questions you have. The best pharmacy Iv been to and its nice to support a small business and not the big and rich pharms that have too many customers to handle and don't care about you; only their sales and reputation which they lost from me a longtime ago. Fireside is great! They always have my medication and take no longer than 15 minutes at most. Iv been in and out in 5minutes before! If you are in the desert, this is the place to go!

I needed Fireside in an emergency to help sustain a pregnancy with progesterone in oil. I live in the area, yet retail pharmacies do not carry progesterone in this form. I had my prescription called in on a Friday afternoon and it was ready Saturday morning. I can't praise them enough as this was very important to me and considerably lessened my stress. Thank you, Fireside.

Awesome staff, very friendly, always willing to help with a smile on their faces. The delivery department is TOP NOTCH! Meds are always on time and of there's an issue they work it out in a quick manner!

Fireside Pharmacy is a compound pharmacy located in Palm Desert. The Pharmacist runs a top notch pharmacy. Everyone I have dealt with there seems to know their craft and are kind and helpful.

I just move to the area so I had to switch pharmacies, and I have to say this is a total upgrade from my last pharmacy. Clean environment, the staff is friendly and professional. Also they had my order ready to go. It seems they had other things that I needed as well I would definitely recommend this place thanks
