Straight forward on insurance types and where to get a possible better deal than what they had to offer at the time.

I don't believe they actually "Tried" at all. After a couple calls, and two days of reaching out to them, I finally received **1** insurance quote. That was higher than the one I'd told them I wanted to beat, from a random carrier I'd never heard of and could find no reviews on- and they wanted it all in one lump sum.

10 minutes later I was done checking a couple more carriers, and found liberty mutual at around half the price they quoted.

Some insurance brokers are great, these aren't.

I was charged for another months insurance even though I cancelled 5 days prior. They said it wasnt
their problem and I would have to call the btis place that charged me. Will change my review once I get my money back.

Horrible, very unprofessional, I ended up paying about $500.00 of the repairs their client caused to my vehicle.
