Ray, the pharmacist, is the absolute best. He knows my medications like the back of his hand so I would never go anywhere else. They are great with communication and advocating for his patients. Thank you Ray, this has been the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy.

I've been getting my prescriptions filled out here for over a year now, and the owner is so professional and very friendly. I love the owner's 2 dogs, both very friendly and well trained, and it puts the biggest smile on my face every time I walk in to be greeted by them since I'm a huge animal lover. Also, the newer employees are very kind and helpful every time I go in to pick up my medications or on the phone. Everyone there is very timely and amazing all that job. I've lived in Northern California, NC, and now Palm Desert and have been to many different phamacies for about 17 years now, and this one is by far my favorite. I never write reviews but wanted to cause of how much of a pleased customer I am.

My experience started with a send message through Maps, which was to my surprise answered rather quickly. I was not able to follow up immediately but I have visited in person VS over phone. Immediately I was welcomed by Johnny. How often do you actually get a friendly greeting in a pharmacy? I have been with my old pharmacy I think 10years and they were great. Anyways, the location is bright, clean and just positive. I was told about some services that truly surprised me. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention. Delivery the same day, say what? WOW. I originally choose them due to the high rating and just had to give it a try. So far a definete RECOMMEND.

So happy I spoke to the pharmacist who was compassionate. He sounded honest, straightforward, very helpful and I’m happy to give him my business! This is something, I have not seen at a Walgreens, for several years, and it’s imperative when dealing with people who come to your business to get wellness services and need you, to feel better, or human. I tell you, it’s amazing how much I have lowered my standards and settled for the old pharmacy , for so many years, for not even mediocre service, and downright terrible customer service at times. I kept making excuses for their lack of quality service, but not anymore, because it’s not the new norm… it felt like this during beginning pandemic, but now it’s back to having some pride in your work Walgreens on Monterey! Especially In an industry that needs competent, compassionate, and professional leadership- no excuses you have to have people skills too, especially if you have to make up for the horrible service.
Thankful I found a place that is sincerely there to help people just by this man’s mannerism over the phone, and the correct answer I needed that was honest and straightforward, thank you!. I appreciate this immensely, and it’s a breath of fresh air knowing we have businesses that are still personable.

This is by far the best pharmacy i have ever been to.Ray keeps It absolutely spotless inside, its immaculate. Ray treats you priority and he will get you what you need way faster than these big chain pharmacys, The owner Ray is very polite, knows what hes talking about. FYI they have the best medication bottles and paper bags 😁

Ray is incredible. Very knowledgeable. Will take the time to solve insurance issues. Excellent communication and followup. Really the best pharmacy and pharmacist I have come across. Highly recommend. His dog, Pride, is a gem too.

Ray, the owner and pharmacist of "DD&C" is phenomenal. Originally I was just using this pharmacy for my compounded medications, I very quickly realized how much better his pharmacy is compared to the "big ones" (CVS Walgreens, etc).

Ray not only knows everything about Rx medication, he is also very friendly and goes well out of his way to please the customer. He also seems to have formed a relationship with my doctors, whom he sometimes needed to call for clarification on an unclear Rx. My doctors have commented on how much they like working with him and that they're glad that he is my pharmacist.

This is a great pharmacy. You should absolutely change all your Rx's over to him.

Oh, yeah, and his "shop dog" Pride is always a very friendly and welcoming greeter!

This is the best pharmacy in the valley hands down. Ray is the owner and he goes out of his way to help you get the best price for everything. I would never go back to the big box stores after finding Palm Desert Drugs. He is the most caring and nicest pharmacist I have ever met. Once you go here you will never go anywhere else!!

Palm Desert Drugs is incredible and the only place we will purchase prescriptions, over the counter medications, and first aid supplies. Ray is so kind and understanding, and always willing to go above and beyond.

I’ve been coming to see Ray for almost 2 years now and I travel 90 minutes just for him! The customer service is more like family! He treats each and every person as an individual and he will go above and beyond to help you! He has a customer for life in me and I am extremely grateful for his services!!

I was finished with Rite Aid Pharmacy and was determined to find a small family owned pharmacy! That day was about four months ago and I was driving down Hwy 111 when I saw Ray's big red PHARMACY sign, I immediately stopped, went inside and after about 45 minutes of conversation with Ray I knew I was in the right place! I have Diabetes and since that day Ray has helped me bring my A1C down to 5 and has also helped me get off of a couple of my medications! Ray spends all of the time necessary going over all of my meds with me and makes sure I am well informed about them! Ray keeps his pharmacy well stocked with everything a person would ever need and the priced are at or below those in the big pharmacy's! I you are looking for a great pharmacy with a caring, well informed pharmacist then Palm Desert Drugs is the place to go! Ray is simply the best in the valley!

Today was my first visit at this pharmacy and I must say Ray (the pharmacist) has made a customer for life! He was so friendly and amazing and I’m so happy google sent me in the direction of this pharmacy. Not to mention an even friendly and super cute dog! My best experience ever with a pharmacy! I was visiting from out of town and needed a prescription ASAP for which Ray had to get in touch with my provider several times - he did so with patience and kindness and along the way kept in touch with me via SMS which was really convenient for me.

Ray is really wonderful, he is very caring and always takes the time to help and explain anything I ask. When I moved here a year ago I needed a new Pharmacy. I did not want a "Big Pharma" store, so I found Ray thru the a friend and I have never been happier.

Great local pharmacy. Super helpful and friendly. Very full service and customer centric. Ray is amazing caring for his customers. The pharmacy is clean and modern, centrally located in Palm Desert on Hwy 111 close to El Paseo. They now offer compounding, making it a real find.

We grew up having our Godfather as our pharmacist, who also checked us out when we were sick, cut ourselves, fell out of trees, or just about anything at all! My father would take myself and my two brothers too my godfathers pharmacy on Saturday afternoon to get my grandmothers prescriptions filled and while we were waiting my father would play Gin-rummy with his other friends and my brothers and myself would drink Grapette soda and read comic books! It was was one of those memories that you never want to forget! He was a great pharmacist on top of it all! l never expected to have that kind of experience at the big box pharmacist but I did expect to get my questions answered and answered correctly in a timely fashion! I was just fed up with lousy service that took forever and set out to find a new better pharmacy. It really didn't take to long before I found "Ray" and "Palm Desert Drugs"! Palm Desert Drugs is as close as I will ever come to my Godfather's Pharmacy! Granted I will probably never play Gin Rummy at Ray's but I do have a soda while playing with Ray's dog Pride when I am there! Not only is Palm Desert Pharmacy an enjoyable experience but Ray keeps the place well stocked with most everything the big box stores have and his prices are competitive with them as well! I never thought I would be this lucky to find a place like my Godfather's but here I am on Saturday morning with my granddaughter having a great time playing with Pride while Ray and I talk for hour about who knows what!

Great customer service I highly recommend this specialty pharmacy. Ray is highly knowledgeable when it comes to your pharmaceutical needs. Ray will special order you anything that you need and delivers. He see to it that every customer leaves happy and will be a return customer.

I was referred by a friend to visit Ray for my medication needs and he was everything and more than I ever expected. The day of personable one on one dealings in this day and age are almost nil. Not with PDD. Ray is so very knowledgeable and moreover personable it makes me comfortable knowing all the questions I ever have I receive answers immediately and always with a smile. I will never use anyone or anyplace ever again and always look forward to going to Palm Desert Drugs. It really does give you the throwback old style shopping that I for one miss. It’s a mistake to go anywhere else if you at all can help it for sure.

Wow, talk about a great pharmacy! I moved to the Desert about a year ago, and not only did the pharmacist help me find the best doctors, he also knows his drugs. Just recently he warned me about taking too much ibuprofen, and told me of another drug that wouldn’t be as harsh on my stomach. Oh, and he also is highly knowledgeable with any insurance plan. Honestly, he feels like a friend now!

Ray makes go to the pharmacy a good experience! The service is unparalleled to anything I have seen in the desert. Customer Service is quick and smooth. Great location in Palm Desert, ample parking in front and rear.
