I highly recommend Josh Mulligan. He reviewed my case and charged me a one-time fee. He was always available to discuss the case. He was on time and very professional. He had my temporary restraining order dissolved immediately which allowed me to continue to work in the ER I am currently in. This law firm is by far the best I've ever experienced. I found myself caught up in the infamous Riverside County Court system. I met with four different attorneys and none of them made me feel too great. Meeting Josh for the first time was a breath of fresh air. Direct, to the point and attentive. He told me he would get back with me in a few days once he reviewed my case. Within a day or so, he met with me, agreed to take the case, was detailed about fees and laid out a game plan. Next thing you know I am free and providing for my family again. Since I'm in Riverside county, my court case took over two years to complete. Josh and Forrest stayed by my side the entire time, following through every step of what he initially planned. The DA really tried to intimidate us through family court, criminal court, state licenses, etc. Josh and Forrest supported us every step of the way. I went from stackable charges that potentially had me facing life for bogus charges (going through four different district attorneys) to having my case dismissed completely. Josh and Forrest care about their clients. They came to see me while i was still in custody, They answer all phone calls and texts. They don't give up even when the cards are stacked up against them. Their experience on both sides of the system, especially in a horrible place like riverside county, was reassuring and life saving. I was in need of an attorney in a pretty bad situation. I contacted many law offices and they all had the same behavior.

They would put fear in me and try to have me sign the retainer on the spot. They really tried taking advantage of me.

Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Joshua was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Forest and Josh have been a blessing in my life. My Family reached out to them when my brother had a serious case in the criminal courts. They truly fought for my brother. My situation was NOT the norm for me. It was Memorial Day Weekend at 2am on a Sunday morning when my incident took place. My coverage service was contacted roughly 5am when I finally was able to make my phone call. As they called attorneys, Mr. Mulligan was the 3rd one and the only one that answered on Memorial Day weekend. He immediately contacted my wife and assured her that he was on top of the situation and was watching for any news about me in the system. I did not live close and we met on Memorial Day at his office. He took time out of the holiday to meet with me and walk me through scenarios for my case that could take place. Joshua Mulligan kept me informed every step of the way. We were ready for the prelim and during the prelim Mr. Mulligan was on his A GAME. We were expected to go to full blown trial but we were prepared. We were able to get the case dropped, to both our surprise. My name is Rich and I just faced the most difficult situation that I have ever faced in my entire life, and I have faced many!! I am a 50 year old with a relentless passion to help others in business, community, outreach organizations, or even changing a tire on the side of the road for someone that looks quite capable. I put myself in a situation where I ended up being arrested for a few very serious crimes that would have affected me and my life style for my remaining days to a very disturbing extent. Not only did Forest work relentlessly on my case keeping me informed every step of the way, she represented me confidently and diligently knowing all aspects of all laws pertaining to the crimes in my case. Bringing those to the courtroom against a TEAM of 3 district attorneys with at least 1 other working against me behind the scenes along with a retired nonchalant Judge that held her back from allowing my witnesses to testify in my behalf and not allowing evidence proving my innocence to the Jurists because he was on a schedule to go on vacation, she also decimated a Sergeants testimony to the crime and tore the accuracy of the police report to shreds. This all resulted in a unanimous decision of 12 jurors to come back with a NOT GUILTY plea in my favor. After the delivery of the verdict, we stayed in the hall talking with all of the jurors for a short period and the foreman spoke with us for over an hour. He stated that they knew they were coming back with a not guilty within a half hour but some of that time was spent trying to figure out who the foreman was going to be and bathroom breaks. In the end, the foreman said they spent the next 3 hours trying to prove if there was any guilt at all that had been presented by the district attorneys or the witnesses for the victim including the victim from their testimonies...... They could not. Thank you Forest for helping me at the most dire time of my life and putting in late nights and weekends of work around your awesome husband and daughters. I know you did all that.

I would without hesitation put all of my confidence into Forest Wilkerson for any charge that is filed from "THE PEOPLE".......lastly I want to thank "The REAL PEOPLE" that Forest was amazing at picking for my Jury while fighting against a Judge and team of DA's while trying to pick them to get a fair trial!
