The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center

Honestly, this is one of the best salvation army stores me and my boyfriend have been to! They have an awesome selection to choose from. Uggs, samsung , apple , products. Nice furniture. Appliances, clothes in great shape!! Friendly and professional staff!!!

I was looking for a place to leave donations. They were easy to work with. I just called to check the times for that day but it’s available seven days per week. I pulled up to the back and they have someone in the trailer who will help you load if needed. They take anything.

It never fails; great value; great people, and now they have gone all out with accessibility and neatness; space, was just there today and sure enough, the girl at the register did not even mind me running my card 3 times before it went thru; not only superb service but with a smile and great attitude☺. Speaking for myself and the community here; You guys are Awesome!!🤗🇺🇲

I stopped coming here about a decade ago because it was always dirty (even for a thrift store) and never had good stock. However, the store has completely turned around since then and it's now one of my favorite thift stores. They have good prices unlike Saver's which is ridiculously priced nowadays. Highly recommend this store!

Had the longest time without coming to this store till now. What a big change it has made! In the beginning of 2018 was the last time in this store, it looked like a very messy garage. However I decided to give it another try and I was so happy to see the big change it has made! I was talking to a young man name Jacob (Great person to talk to and very helpful) found out he is the new manager, "You could really tell that this store is under new management" very satisfied with customer service! Will definitely be coming back.

This store has gotten so much better. It's cleaner and the deals are better. The staff here has improved tremendously this past year. They've gotten rid of a lot of the daily rift-raft that do nothing but steal and cause big scenes in the store. Thanks for that guys!!!

My favorite thrift store. Great bargains and discounts almost every day of the week. The poor cashier could have used some help because she was very busy. She still did a wonderful job!

I love this store. I've been coming here with my mom since i was 8 years old. This place has improved 100%. A complete turn around. Keep up the good work.

To all who reads this Sherry the manager at the salvation army was amazing her employees as well. I have been going to this store for over 20 years my experience it's always been good they give very good prices on their products sometimes they're a little high but eventually the price drops and becomes reasonable people that are there are friendly and as a matter fact I was just there about an hour ago...

Good overall service. The staff manages its store very kindly while answering any questions Customers have.

This is our 1st time at the Riverside Salvation Army. Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed and greeted by team member even with her being busy ringing up another customer. It shows the 10-second rule applies here. This Sam team member assisted us on the sales floor and was very polite, professional and knowledgable of the store. We learned that "Cesci" (forgive me if mis-spelled) is a Store Supervisor. I must say, she sets the tone of true "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and I hope her team follows her lead!
We reside in Temecula, CA and will happily make another trip to the Riverside Salvation Army off Magnola. Great service means everything to us! Thank you for yours!!!

The assistant manager Cecilia was very understanding and exceptional. Staff also had excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Have been here several times at this location, even though the pants I was returning got mixed in with the pair of pants I found . I got home and saw they were the same pants I returned. I called back and told them I was going to come back. They apologized the guy Jacob even tryed finding the other pair for me and the girl to. Jacob told me because of the mishap I get a item of clothing for free and the other black pants to. Thanks🌟😊👌

I love it here they have such great prices and the staff is so nice they help you with everything and they always have deals on different days definitely five stars.
