I ordered a $120 collectible box for a video game and the box was kinda smashed up and had no protective tape! Someone could've stold something in the process but everything is here so it's fine

This is some place that I worked for almost 3 weeks it's a warehouse and the floor that you have to work on is probably the worst surface that I've ever experienced a human having to experience it's just not cool the people were great experience was good.

The work part of it is pretty great and most of the people their are great folk, but management is something else. Clear favoritism and can really care less about anyone’s particular issues. Toxic..

Be aware of this Best Buy! They ship out empty boxes and refuse to refund the money. They ship out boxes without tape. They are literally stealing from people. This Best Buy needs to be investigated. I will be filing a police report on them.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! I ordered 2 USB To USB-B Cables online and both were pre opened and restocked (SOLD ONLINE AS "NEW"). I returned both 9/20/2023 but was issued only credit for one. I have contacted Best Buy Customer Service three times to receive full credit with negative results. They forwarded it to their Backup Team and received an email from Mark not addressing the partial refund but credit will be issued 10-15 days. My last phone conversation was with Garage (Flow Supervisor)who advised I would receive an email for the full refund in 24 Hours. Well 72 hour later NO EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE RECEIVED!!!!! I Now Vow I Will Not Do Any Future Business With Best Buy!!!!! I prefer to purchase from a vendor who though pricing may be higher values World Customer Service!!!!!
