Clean and safe

I'm writing this under my wife's Google account. And to say this is by far the very worst banking experience I've ever had in over 25 years of being in or apart of the banking industry. That I go into this is bank branch and to have the worst customer service and worst experience in my life. I've been with this bank for over 3 years and never until today 04/14/2022 have I ever had a complaint about the service I received or lack there of. Not only the teller but also the branch manager rude. I've never not been able to walk I to us bank and walk up and receive friendly and welcoming service from every single branch in Oregon Washington and most of southern California. But this branch is by far the worst. Offering nothing but rude service without answering my questions while I answered everything they asked front me for security questions to getting a one time security code to get money from my account which me and my wife work very hard for. Is the craziest thing I've ever heard of. And at the end the manager couldn't even answer my question but just walked away. I've worked in the banking industry for over 15 years had one account or another for 27 years and never have I ever in person or via phone ever felt like this or ever been treated like I was less then or that I was a homeless person trying to fraud someone's account.
