I absolutely enjoy my visits to this location. I pretty much always find what I'm looking for. It's a safe environment to shop in as the staff provide a well managed customer service and stay on top of security during high stress shopping times such as black friday and other such shopping sales. I had a rather shocking experience I won't go into too much detail about. I'll just say that thanks to Michael's being so tight on security on this particular day, I was saved from a truly harrowing nightmare. I never got to thank the associate for her rescue. But she came upon the situation just in the nick of time. In any case, since this situation I have gone back to this Michael's location and have felt safe and secure. I have absolute faith in their management's ability to handle any situation that should arise. Aside from that, they are well stocked and will do their best to get you what you need when you need it. They are definitely worth a visit. 👍

It's a great place to find holiday items and clearance alot of great decorations and staff always helpful.

Every time I need something whether it scraps or making a cake or drawing it's always there. I love the bundles they have with the colored pencils and markers and paint. I love going to Michaels! I feel like I can make a thousand different things. I walk down every aisle and want to get everything.
They also have a bunch of great coupons when you sign up for their email. I get all kind of great deals. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

Best craft store in the inland empire especially for all those of us with the yarn for crocheting and knitting.

I am a new amateur painting artist, and Michael's not only has great deals, but the coupons and rewards program is amazing. I simply love going there and know they have what I need.

If you like handcraft or diy then this is a must go place for all your needs. Always use coupons to save or compare other online prices. In case you need to do some return, you must have the original credit card with you, or else you will just get a store credit instead.

Just went here to pick up an online order. My order somehow got misplaced and the lady that helped was such a sweetheart. Mind you, it's the start of the holiday season and they're swamped. My experience at this location has always been a good one. The employees are wonderful and very knowledgeable

We participated in the crafting event at the Magnolia store in Riverside. It wasn't crowded, and we had a blast painting and crafting up Summer fun pictures and characters.
