Manal, kobra, and Sue are fantastic. 1st picture is before of my mom's hair, 2nd photo is after. Incredible. Manal gives the most amazing scalp massages and is just overall an awesome hairdresser. I live in NY, but have spent a significant time in CA dealing with a family matter and I will go nowhere else.

I never knew my hair type or how to style it or how to take care of it. When I went I was with Berri (@curlmagic_)! She is amazing and so kind. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything and most importantly listened! I’ve been to a couple different hair salons and they told me different things, would cut way more off then I wanted, and never listened to what my goals were for my hair. But here they do!! I’m loving my hair and 100% recommend going here and to Berri:))

Our experience with Thairapy Salon has been great start to finish. My daughter’s hair looks amazing for prom!

Per my husband’s request, I had called a few salons in the CVS’s area of Ontario and California and never got an answer, left messages and never got return calls, then I went to YELP.

I came across Thairapy Salon and saw that I could request an appointment on line (via Yelp). I clicked that link and started my message to the salon. When I needed an appointment, that is was for prom and a description of what my daughter was looking for. I got a reply in less than 5 minutes from Pilar. My appointment was set up in about 10 min! Simple and easy!

When our day came, we arrived a little early and were greeted with a warm friendly worker at the front desk. Our hairdressers name was Khrystyna. She took us back and offered us something to drink… I had no idea they had mimosas! So my daughter got a glass of water and I got a mimosa. My daughter shared photos of what she was looking for as to what she wanted to hair to look like and we shared photos of her dress. The outcome was perfect!

My daughter was super happy with the results and said that she got so many compliments all night not only for her dress, but her hair too! She 100% had a special night and we are so thankful!

We will for sure be back to this salon. The prices aren’t crazy and they do everything! I have lived in the area for 10 years and had no idea this place was here at The Crossings. If you are looking for a great place to have your hair, lashes, brows or even a facial… this is the place to come to!

My hair looks great. Manuel was my stylist. She gives an amazing massage with haircut! I have seen her do all kinds of hair. She is very reasonable and very talented.

I went to sue , she is really nice and professional , she took care of my hair … she is really gentle with the hair.

Kobra is the best-every time, always. Cuts my hair just right and threads my brows better than anyone else!

Let me first start off by saying that everyone is so friendly, from the hairdressers to the staff and even from the customers. I feel like it’s just such a positive space and it allows you to feel your very best and feel beautiful because they constantly reassure you that you are exactly that. Aside from the environment, the person who did my hair, whom was named Judy, did such an amazing and beautiful job on my hair. I went from brunette with a little bit of box dye from over a year ago to full on blonde with very beautiful highlights. It only took two sessions to get to the blonde that I wanted to and even within the first session, she did highlights that made me feel confident and beautiful enough to walk out the door even if it wasn’t the exact thing that I wanted. It was a really good starting point to get me to where I wanted to be and I really appreciate the fact that she took her time and made sure that I still look good at the end of the day. What I also really enjoyed was that she was very engaging and made me feel comfortable and made sure that I had water or if I needed to use the restroom that was available. Even the pricing for the hair wasn’t nearly as what I expected it to be. I just truly appreciate how much hard work and dedication she did and I will forever be grateful for the way my hair turned out. It’s exactly what I wanted and for a very low price. So, thank you very much to my favorite hairdresser Judy, and thank you so much Thairapy for creating such a safe and welcoming environment for me and I assume all the other customers. I will be for sure coming back for touchups or just a haircut in general. <3

I had a great experience! My hair is curly/wavy and frizzy. I was looking to have it cut shorter and have the layers fixed a bit. Renee communicated her opinions and together we decided what to do. I had let my curly hair air dry before I went in and she cut it while it was dry. (I thought this was great because you can see how the curls lay) After a wash she applied some products and put me under the drier. When my hair was dry she made a few more cuts to make sure it looked right. I really appreciate the time she took to make sure the curls behaved right. I feel confident that I can reproduce the look I left with and am very comfortable with my hair. I will definitely come back to Renee!

Melissa C cuts my hair (fade with a scissor cut on top) and I absolutely have no complaints. I enjoy the atmosphere here, but I will say it's more for the ladies than that of a barbershop for men. Melissa has been cutting my hair for years and I just followed her here to this new salon. Looks new and clean inside, and they even provide you with a beverage while you get your haircut (Some require you to be over 21)! Awesome 👌. Staff is very friendly and provide good service!

Jay Rhodes is amazing! His work is absolutely amazing, I’ve never had my hair feel this soft, thick, and healthy all while I’ve just had it colored. I have been Jays client now for about 2 years and he just never ceases to make me feel beautiful! Thairapy is the place to go if you want to feel amazing !!

Really laid back atmosphere. Lots of my favorite product, Moroccan argan oil. They are not shy to use product when they need to and aren't stingy with their time. They will make sure you have a great experience. Jazmine was my stylist, she took me from brown to blonde when everyone else said it wasn't possible. And my hair still feels soft and healthy! Thanks Jazzy. See you when I need a touch up. ;)

Super classy and upscale salon. The one and only blow dry bar in the area. The stylists are nice and professional and they carry the best products in here.
