Anthony was extremely helpful with helping narrow down my decision in which shoes I would purchase. I’m very picky and his tips and knowledge helped me along the way. I’m very happy with my decision.

Went to Tilly’s today and I immediately was greeted by the employee which was at the front of the store. I was shopping for a bathing suit and Taylor was very helpful, friendly and courteous she assisted me in finding the right size for my bathing suit. The employees which were assisting in the dressing room area were also very attentive and friendly! I would definitely go back to this location as ALL of the associates were very helpful and customer service oriented! Thank you!

i had a great experience at this tillys! All the employees are very friendly! I ended up trying on a shirt i liked and while trying it on one of the employee named mackenzie brought me another shirt that had the same layout just a different design on it and i actually ended up purchasing the one she brought to me! She went the extra mile to please a customer....great customer service!

Like tbe clothes super trendy place for young ppl, it is a little on the expensive side but they always have special racks out...!

so i love tillys it’s great the outfits are cute and all but i bought a dress and i went to France, and the first day i wore it once i got back to the hotel it was ripped from the top to my waist.

same as any other Tilly's, but the location is kinda horrible.

Very Rude employees!!! Went to return a backpack and the sales clerk was very rude and lack professionalism. Will not go back to this location or the store. Quicksilver in norco have way better quality clothes but especially their customer service.

The employees are very nice, HOWEVER the return policy is terrible, it's expensive, your better off going elsewhere. The only reason this was voted #1 is because it's a teen trend. I paid top dollar for a shirt that I purchased on Friday and noticed on Sunday it had a hole under the armpit, needless to say, I never got to wear the shirt. Who knows, i may be able to turn it into a tank top and wear it to the lake. They need to understand the importance of good customer service.
