Kohl's

There is always lots of good stuff to shop for at Kohl's. I appreciate that they use a single line at the check-out, and they seem to have enough checkers currently to handle the line in a reasonable time. The checker reminded us that we should have gotten a coupon code in our email, and sure enough, it was there. We saved 40% or something! There's always something new to find, even if it's just a new shirt or a box of Legos.

Kohls has become a great store where I have found lower prices on clothes, cookware, bath and kitchen items and shoes to name a few. It's also where I come for Amazon returns where customer service is excellent! They provide a 5%-20%incentive for your return. I appreciate this store!!!

I am so impressed by the customer service desk team at this Kohl's. Emily especially made my day when she offered to carry our two blankets to the front of the store--then all the way to the other end of the parking lot where our car was. Her behavior, attitude, expression, voice and energy were all phenomenally genuine and kind. I hope she gets recognized for this excellent service.
