Macy's

The women in customer service were absolutely amazing. Very informative and very friendly. They store have a nice variety of items and great styles in the clothing. Of course, I had to swing by the perfume department. The ladies were kind, funny, and showed me the newest by Dior. I was able to get a great birthday present at an incredible price. I'm very happy with my visit.

Went in for a dress. Last Call caught my attention. Saved 165. And some change. Received compliments on some of the purchases.

I went to the macys that's in Tyler mall. And when I was looking around in fragrance, all vendors did good service in showing me all the perfumes that they sell. And each vendor did a good job letting me know what the scent of each perfume has and letting me get samples of different kinds of perfumes to know which perfumes I will like to buy for my family.

I had a wonderful experience, Bridgette at cosmetics had gone the extra mile, she was determined to find the right face cleansing for my skin. She's efficient, meticulous, and professional. Seven diamond customer service!

They have styles that I've never seen at other Macy's. One shirt had braut8fuo accessories actually hanging from the front of the shirt. Like a small silver purse.

Star(jewelry associate) gave myself and my fiancé the ultimate shopping experience. She took the time to answer all of our questions as it pertained to diamond quality. It was a thrill for me to see the excitement on my fiancé face as she tried on different rings.

Brooklyn!!!! Absolute life saver and amazing help for us! She helped us out with paying after lots of difficulty with other members. Long story short after the American Express Macy's card kept having identity checks over the phone, Brooklyn sorted everything out! Great personality, helpful, and in charge! Thanks again!

I went into Macy's with a friend but their silver plated rings of $29.50 were 55% off, only about $13.27 each. They have more of their fine jewelry 30% to 70%.This is a great gift for grads and to accent prom dresses.

Went to the mall because online shopping was making me miss the good old days where you have to get up and go out and live life. Traffic, people, site seeing, and random side quests before getting to the place you actually came out for is what I needed. No, is what we all need, again.

I visited the store on 4/19/23 to look for a blouse to wear to a family funeral service. When I find my blouse and checked out at the register, I was helped by associate Naakiam Johnson (not quite sure on the spelling of her first name). She was friendly, courteous, happy, and very helpful. I appreciated the warm greeting I received and her expertise. 💜
