It was late nite around 11 o'clock driving home on the 60 fwy heading home with my family suddenly my tire blew out, wife and kids were panicking.Got on the phone with my insurance AAA call center for road side assistance, right away,they were able to help me out within less than 30 minutes (actually less then 10 minutes). John M showed up was able to pull us out from the freeway. He did the extremely satisfying, to help us out to get home safe. John m I hope you get to see this review. I really appreciate for you coming out this late night. I am a very satisfied with the service and especially with John m he knew what he had to do right away. I needed to renew my vehicle registration and replace my license plate because it was stolen. I made a police report for the stolen plate, went into AAA early on a Monday morning and was literally there no longer than 15 mins. They didn't even ask for the police report which was good because the Police said , I had to wait 10-14 days to get the paperwork /copy.🤔 I had the police report number but there was really even no need for it. I walked out with my new vehicle registration, stickers and license plates in hand. Saved me the 2-3 hour wait at the DMV. Plus I still had to go to work in the afternoon, so It worked out perfect. I hope this helps someone else in a jam and short on time. If any questions, you might wanna call AAA ahead of time but I definitely walked out of there happy and fast.

Had just gotten the car smogged and went down the street to complete the registration on a Saturday morning.

I had almost no wait. I was out so fast. Everyone was really friendly too.

AAA driving school is great! The instructors were patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I feel my teen is ready to be a safe driver. Thank you AAA!!

No long lines like at the DMV, went in for registration renewal was out in 15 minutes DMV might of taken 1 hour. Been a member of AAA over 15 years.

I always go here instead of the DMV when possible, and it's such a nicer experience. It can get busy at times, but even then it's way faster than the DMV and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

I live in corona California a technician name Jerry came out. He was super helpful. A great guy. The man needs a raise!

Employees here are always kind, helpful and friendly. They do their best to help you no matter what service(s) you are seeking. Always shorter lines and comfier seating than the DMV as well...

AAA has always done right by me 💯 in the many instances I have used them and have called for help, I gotten my use of this membership with gives me great satisfaction because I save money and peace of mind to know that every time they have come to my aid when I have been stranded and knowing I can count on them makes a world of difference in these situations so here to send a shout out to Maisha Johnson who called me to make sure an issue with Angelo's Towing was being handled and I feel better because I know this will get expedited....

Stopped into AAA to transfer car title for a used car and check on getting the car insured. Title change went very quickly. Aldo Reyes was the insurance agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the right insurance for my used car.

I've been a member of AAA since the day I got my driver's license. I paid the bill every year and never really think much about it. Some years, I need those towing services badly, and that's what I pay for. But then there are times, like today, when I am reminded of the added value that AAA provides. I needed to pay the registration on my car. But the thought of going to the DMV made me feel physically ill. So I showed up at AAA right as they opened. I did have to wait in line, but with an 18 minutes I was back in my car and heading for home with my registration completed and tags in hand. Everybody was so friendly and so welcoming and made my morning amazing. What I pay for my AAA membership is absolutely worth it for customer service like I received today. I am beyond impressed.

Even with all the covid stuff going on this place is ran like a perfectly aligned top . You have to love this place great service happy faces

I'm ditching my vehicle and home owners, AAA has better coverage and is CHEAPER!

I have been with AAA for at least 20 years, they are always fast and friendly. I went there today to register my vehicle it literally took me less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled up in the parking lot until I got back in my vehicle, anytime I need them with help when I am broke down on the side of the road they come within 30 minutes, if you do not have AAA you don’t know what you’re missing, it is well worth the price for their service
