Just rented a unit for the first time at this location after trying another lack luster unit down the road - not only is the price $100 less than what I was previously paying, but the customer service is x100 better!!
I was confused how the process went at first, but Luis was absolutely wonderful help, and not to mention had the perfect humor and was very kind and sweet!! 10/10 first impression. Love the unit!

Luis is a,great asset to Devon storage because being bilingual hes able to help Hispanic clients.

Also, recently, I’ve needed to go into there and both Josh and Samantha were not at this location. Luis was working and he was absolutely fantastic. I was experiencing a couple of issues and he went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and everything was working smoothly. He was very courteous and interested in helping. it was very refreshing and comforting to know the dedication that he had to deliver the best possible. Customer service experience possible. Amazing costumer service! Josh answered all our questions/ concerns. Process was fast and easy. We were able to conveniently rent a storage unit and a moving truck all in once place all at a great price. The price we paid for both rentals here beat all pricing of other storage and truck rental places near by.
