I had both total knee replacements at DOC with Dr. Boghosian. I'm 49, and have suffered bone on bone contact in my knees for 6 years. I appreciated Dr. Bodhosian and his staff, who answered all my questions. I had not been under the knife for 30 years so I was nervous. Eisenhower nursing staff was great during both procedures and I felt reassured and taken care of. I was confused by their two bills, and one of them did not allow online payment. I drove over an hour for all my appointments and I don't recall having to wait much at all. I felt seen promptly, questions answered, and generally had all my concerns addressed. TKR (total knee replacement) is an intense surgery, and having a great team and doc looking after me helped me through it all. I also liked the dad jokes in the operating room (before I went into deep slumber). I've been able to regain a lot of my mobility pain free, and I look forward to many more adventures.

I would give Eisenhower orthopedic 10 stars if they were available. My doctor was Doctor Boghosian From the moment I met him in his office till the time that we had the surgery, which was about two months later I was well taken care of. He ordered physical therapy before the surgery so I would be in good shape. when I first met him, I had to use a walker because it was so difficult to walk. All the appointments were made for me by a member of his team. I had a total hip replacement and he was able to lengthen my leg to be the same length as the other. My surgery was April 13. And I’m now playing golf and walking 4 miles a day .The surgery staff was outstanding when I had to go to the appointment at his office they were on time. The staff was very respectful. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me.

Eisenhower health is my choice for any of my medical needs. I have good communication with all the doctors I see plus many of the NP and PA’s that assist with the care I am expecting to have. I have no problems like some of the other people report. You have to be an advocate for your own health and be able to navigate the health system services you are looking for. Eisenhower Health gets 5 stars!

I do not know why people leave negative reviews. Perhaps because they are impatient, thinking they are the only people that exist? The staff and doctors are very helpful . I have gone for a torn meniscus and fractures in my L4 &L5. Dr.Moussa spent a lit of time with me. Maybe that means someone else has to wait a little longer but I appreciated it.

I won't go anywhere else for my Orthopedic issues. My partner had both his knees replaced at the same time! Dr DeSantis did an incredible job with them. He's had NO PAIN, and full use of both legs. We hike, bike and enjoy full mobility. Dr O'Connell took care of my trigger finger. It went so well I'm going back for another trigger finger. I LOVE this group! And I live >700 miles away.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff, very professional. Andrew Allen was great, addressed the problem quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I had surgery to repair a completely torn ACL in my left knee on Monday Oct 15th. Dr Diltz was my dr and he was fantastic. There were so many nurses that helped take care of me before and after, it's hard to remember all their names. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The 2 nurses that helped me the most were Debbie and Donna, they were so great. Dr Yoon was my anesthesiologist and he's so good i barely remember anything and didn't feel a thing. The hospital was clean and organized, the staff was friendly and kept me laughing, which helps me with my anxieties. I've had quite a few surgeries in the past and have been to different hospitals and Desert Orthopedic Surgery Center in Rancho Mirage was by far, my favorite. I would highly recommend this surgery center to anyone. Thanks for a smooth surgery and a great experience DOC! --Amber Wilberts

I have been a patient of Dr. Cassim and Dr. Fayssoux for ten years. Never in my life have I been treated more professionally or kindly. Both Dr.s spent more than ample time with every visit. Dr. Cassim seemed to "feel my distress" and tried to help alleviate it. My surgeon, Dr. Fayssoux was superior, effective and professional. He is most caring and human. I DO reccomend DOC to anyone who talks to me about pain.

Dr Schnaser replaced my knee 1 week ago. I would give him 20 stars if I could. VIRTUALLY ZERO PAIN AFTER. Incredible!!! I am beyond happy. I feared agony. Got a piece of cake. WOW.

Dr.Savin took one look at my broken arm and diagnosed &fast tracked me for surgery, I received the most wonderful hospital experience in my life! I’m very happy and grateful to the Doc and his staff,keep up the good work guys !

I had surgery on my heel bone at DOC, from the beginning to the end of my stay at DOC was great.

I have to write a review about this place, I absolutely loved it. Everyone is very nice and professional. my mom had surgery and they made her feel very safe and calm. Dr. Oconnell is amazing as well. Thank you all for everything.

Excellent and knowledgeable treatment form Mr. Moosa. They tell me he is not a doctor, but he sure has the correct training to make my pain go away. Just a great practice, though I had filling out forms.

Came here for my broken ankle n was super surprised on how fast I was in n out of there. Staff was very nice n made sure I was comfortable n extra protected during my X-rays since I am pregnant.

I was just there. The staff took very good care of me. Very professional. I would go there again. A few days after the surgery they called to see how I was doing.

Have been a patient of DOC for 20 years... have never had a problem with staff, the Dr’s, or the PA’s.... the surgery center staff is just as wonderful!!!!!

Yes you have to hurry up and wait. However the docs are some of the best in the country.
